The targeted Station is planet based, no black market and has the only large landing pad in the system. Oh crap... just thought about. It doesn't have a commodity market! So my cutter is useless for trading there. lol. I didn't fully think that out.

Authoritarian governments (Dictatorship, Feudal, Patronage, Prison Colony) as well as Corporate ones all disable existing Black Markets (BM) when they take over, which makes them impervious to UA attacks.

You can create a Commodities facility on an asset where there isn't one, but for to do so you'd have to install any government on it that allows / creates a BM. Upon takeover, both a Black Market and a Commodities facility are created. However, should the place be taken over by any of the aforementioned 5 governments, both facilities are removed once again.

It is currently 00:12 on the 28th. Influence levels in both systems that we have presence in has not changed (for any faction) since the tick on the 26th. Seems like we got skipped.

Currently, we are working on 17:30 BST as tick completed, at least for our systems - starts happening earlier but the last of our systems seems to update around that time, takes another 30-60mins for all faction summaries to update completely

How are you checking, the shifts can be as small as 0.01 so unless getting the numbers from the journal may not see a change in EDDB

Came here to ask if the time of the tick has shifted, based on posts above am assuming yes. Haven't seen the tick happen at 1200 in-game-time for at least a fortnight now... rather it's happening sometime between 1300 and 2000 (coz that's when I sleep :p )

I’m seeing it anywhere from 1630 to 1645 game time as of late.
