Don't you get issue 143 through the post? It's still 142 in the shops, I'm guessing you are a subscriber and get it a fe days early?
Yeah, as I mentioned earlier, I'm a subscriber & I've just realised that I have been for 20 years! [woah]
Mind you, that's still 13 years less than I've been playing Elite.
Last issue says #143 is due out on 21-Nov. It also states it will include 2018 calendar & DLC.

Totally disagree with you both. In the right hands this ship is quite formidable, especially when engineered.

I got the mk4 from pre-ordering horizons back in the day. To be honest I think it is high time it just went on public sale now, I can't see many people caring that much.
Have to say at this point I agree. If this ship was special in any way then many I could see an argument for keeping it special but end of the day it's just another set of internet spaceship pixels
The Cobra MkIV made such an epic mid range explorer with enough slots that i could install luxuries like a docking computer and maybe an extra fuel tank, I'm just gonna skip the DBX this time round and and keep flying my budget ships while I wait for the Cobra MkIV

Never!!! I've even had it put in my will to pester Frontier until they give us the Cobra MkIV even though I wont benefit from it... until my, next life, but i may be a cat then and thus incapable of flying such an advanced craft let alone buying the console to play it on

The sad thing is we can not buy Cobra MK4 skins either As i was going to buy the Black Friday job for it, so it's ready to apply once the ship is live.

EDIT: made a support ticket, to buy it on PC and transfer the BF skin to PS4. Wish me luck

I was lucky enough to get the mk 4 on Xbox but obviously can’t get it on PS4 or PC as I only started my save recently. It would be great if FDev could add it once again as a limited time offer in game. Perhaps as part of a multipart CG? That way it would still be a limited availability ship and give active players a chance to own it and frontier to sell some paint jobs for it!
My mk 4 is the only ship on Xbox that isn’t vibrant Snot green and it’s driving my OCD bat crap crazy!
