Slightly late then the rest of the replies, but oh well
- Occupations: Photographers, Journalists, Magazine Editors, Bloggers, etc. (like in Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis. Thrill Seekers, Dino Lovers, etc.) but they actually effect the Entertainment Division. Trying to keep them all happy would be fun

- Random power outages: Whether in the power plant itself or the wires running around the park, shutting down facilities (or the paddock) :0
- NOW THIS IS A LONG SHOT: But maybe allow a SMALL chance of breeding without the Creation Lab? Seeing little raptors running around would be cool
- Storms: The classic tornado ripping apart the fences is cool, but an earthquake devastating the PARK is even cooler or a volcanic eruption devastating the ISLAND is EVEN cooler /see Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom for more

- Explosions: A small chance where a T-Rex (example) could destroy the Creation Lab before the exit animation.
- Repairing the paddock: Not an instant repair, but instead takes time. Maybe not an entire day (Real Time) but maybe like 5-10 minutes, just for that adrenaline rush of the dinosaurs possibly escaping
- Deaths: Having a death might not necessarily mean a ridiculous money loss, but maybe having to put the dinosaur "down" or shutting the park to recuperate could be a rush
- LONG SHOT: Playing as a character? Like, creating a character model to actually play. Like, being a photographer and walking around the crowd taking pictures of the dinosaurs? (I realize I'm really into the photography idea, it's a giant passion of mine)
or playing as a scientist and actually using the genetics lab? (Not super detailed like actually having to swipe the genes, but just having a fun little way of going into the interface, you know?)
