The thing is, if we get a baboon this winter and support goes let’s say all of next year or at least to summer next year, we could see the other that didn’t get picked as an easy clone now that we have the rig. So in a perfect and somewhat realistic world, we get the Gelada this winter with a bunch of clones that are requested (Markhor Pallas cat takin hyrax etc) and the Hamadryas next year reusing the gelada rig. That imo is the best possible outcome we’re gonna get.

Hamadryas baboon without question. The gelada being runner up. I used to use the gelada quite often in zt2 but the Hamadryas has yet to be in one and imo is the overall better baboon.

I’m honestly still confused how we got the cassowary in the AU pack before the emu. One’s far more iconic to Australia, especially the deserts, and one most people have probably never heard of. I would really think they would put the emu in the first pack and then the more niche cassowary. Glad we got both tho, the australian bird selection is awesome now.

It was back in the day when we didn't have the meta wish list and Frontier cared more about uniqueness instead of what is actually kept in zoos. It still happens at times, sigh.
