I would not be mad tbh, I would rather have it over serowS
Such a Frontier move that i do see this happening.

How do u all manifest btw? Teach me. Is clearly not working for meI mean in the winter 2023 thread I manifested them both...so that means we're getting both right...right? haha
~1 g of caffeine, 10 curses, 20 begs, thinking about frontier really cant be that weird and pick the clearly worse choice over the objectivly superior one going by things like range, flexibility and captive numbers (works about 4/5 of the time)How do u all manifest btw? Where did you see it? They are not that common in the east coast (New England right?)Also, I'm so happy for @Britches I saw Pallas's cats for the first time this summer and fell in love! Definitely my favorite small cat. With them I feel like our cat roster is pretty solid. Wouldn't complain about the ocelot though (don't come for me
Francois langur would be such a great choice, id bet that after waiting 5 years for the 5. Monkey we wont be getting the 6. At the same time sadlyMy prediction atm! The community has been screaming for a tree kangaroo, I swear if we don't get it in Highlands I'm just going to stop hoping for it. They're the opportunity for so much diversity with this theme so I really hope we don't get an arid situation. Selfishly I want the François's langur, but I know it has no chance to make it in. I just love building subtropical coniferous mountain habitats (specific I know, but they're so pretty. These langur specificly live on limestone cliffs and recreating that would be really cool. But spectacled bears could fill that niche for me. Another thought, I saw someone mentioned us getting another rock set with this update, I think that would be awesome, especially if they were faux rocks. I hope we get an Asian reptile as the exhibit animal.
Highlands/Mountains/Alpine Animal Pack
1. Pallas's Cat
2. Hamadryas Baboon
3. Markhor
4. Goodfellow's Tree Kangaroo
5. Spectacled Bear
6. Rocky Mountain Elk
7. Rock Hyrax/Alpine Marmot (hope it isn't)
8. Exhibit reptile/amphibian

Also, all that fretting about the sifaka for nothing, or at least for know lol
It's too close, although it's be fun. But it's like getting a tanuki and a coyote in the same DLCI mean technically they aren't in the same group so maybe just maybe? I know its a heavy dose of copium but this would be so cool to have in the same pack. Gotta admit I am just ever so slightly disappointed we got the hamadryas instead of gelada, especially if the theme is highlands.

Yep, can't think of any facilities in the Northeast that have them. I was in the Michigan for the summer and saw them at Potter Park in Lansing and the foot and face of one scrunched in a rock crevice at Brookfield.Where did you see it? I love potter park zoo! I personally prefer John ball and Detroit though.I really can't overstate how exhibit I am for this pack so far, but the lack of South American rainforest animals does still sting.

I'm glad someone agrees! I wish we got them or ebony langurs in Southeast Asia, but I think a langur has no chance against the proboscis monkey.Francois langur would be such a great choice, id bet that after waiting 5 years for the 5. Monkey we wont be getting the 6. At the same time sadly
I interned at John Ball this summer! Love that place to pieces and can't wait for them to grow. Keepers there are awesome. I visited Detroit and love it there! A lot of walking but definitely worth it! One of the keepers at John Ball knew keepers at potter and I was able to go there and meet their okapi, bongos and see the rhino holding/barn! In fact, the Tibetan antelope was briefly kept in zoos in China, including the Qushui Zoo in Lhasa, Tibet, China, and was later released into the wild. The more I look at it, the more the back animal does look like a chiru. That's a whole new level to "species not found in zoos": species never found in zoos, not even as a trial.
Arent snubnose monkeys langurs aswell?I'm glad someone agrees! I wish we got them or ebony langurs in Southeast Asia, but I think a langur has no chance against the proboscis monkey.
