Then the second one. It’s meant to be giant salamander.

Yeah I kind of meant it as habitat vs exhibit but let’s face it exhibit probably is the better choice. Then the second one.
Basically the same issues as the Arid pack. The only way it would prevent me from feeling the same will be the rest of the roster. The baboon + cat isn’t too far off from porcupine + cat. So then it just depends on if we get some bird(s) or habitat reptiles or not.
Knowing that South America and Latin America could be mega screwed over for us to return to Asia after just one pack in between would drive me a bit crazy.
I’m not gonna count on it being an Asian pack until I see it.
Honestly this pack so far feels like a "fix" or "patch" to the Arid and Eurasia packs. Markhor, Palla's cat and baboon were all obvious omissions from those packs. There was no place for the markhor un Eurasia after they pick the takin and saiga and the sloth bear and wolverine took the carnivore cards. But both the cat and markhor were something we were all kind of expecting for Eurasia, along with the blackbuck (not counting birds). Same with the baboon for África and Arid. This so far feels like Eurasia part 2.Man, a "highlands" pack masquerading as "secret" Asia Part 2 pack would straight-up kill my enthusiasm for this one. The picks would all be fine but, particularly if this is the final pack, that would be such a disappointing way to go out considering everything left on the table.
Spectacled Bear rise upLettuce hope for a at least on SA animal in the next pack
Yeah, and maybe if we are lucky we can get some sort of “Americas” or “Latin America” pack down the line. I just think it’s crazy how much SA is being avoided. Obviously it’s important to have stuff for a sequel (say flying birds and aquatics) but to limit SA and habitat birds seems silly and just hurts this current game.Honestly this pack so far feels like a "fix" or "patch" to the Arid and Eurasia packs. Hayo zookeepers. We're pleased to announce the Arid-Eurasia Repair Pack! Featuring animals that should've been included in both packs instead of the oddballs we added. Oddballs? You mean Wisent and Mute Swan right? The two least voted for animals in the Eurasia pack, yes?Hayo zookeepers. We're pleased to announce the Arid-Eurasia Repair Pack! Featuring animals that should've been included in both packs instead of the oddballs we added. Enjoy
Just to be clear, while i really wish they would give us something (anything) to us south americans, i'm pretty pleased with the animals they picked so far for this pack. And since are all good choices i'm even more suspicious that this is a collection pack.I'd be pretty happy with this pack![]()
Of course. The wolverine was a stupid option too. Totally unwanted, and I have no idea why they'd add it in the 1st placeOddballs? You mean Wisent and Mute Swan right? The two least voted for animals in the Eurasia pack, yes?
The wisent was indeed an oddball for me. Like i was hoping they didn't have them in their radar for the DLCs but being a British company i also knew it was just a matter of time that they would put them in the game.Oddballs? Sigh... I was joking/commenting on the concept of "oddball" animals. Many will argue the Wisent and Mute Swan are essentials, yet they have the least votes... on the other hand, many would argue the Wolverine and Saiga are oddballs, yet they had the most votes of all Eurasian animals at the time. It makes the concept off oddball choices... a bit debatable. The wisent was indeed an oddball for me. The swan wasn't an oddball though. Maybe the mute swan in particular had few votes in the Meta wishlist but swans in general (or waterfowls rather) were very requested at the time.

Generally speaking, I actually like the idea of a "fixer" pack that brings in additional animals from past packs. Maybe not all past packs but ones with obvious, glaring omissions... Particularly South America/Tropical and Oceania. Both for obvious reasons. Haha. And my perspective on the pack fully hinges on the rest of the roster despite appreciating to loving all three of the species we know about thus far.Just to be clear, while i really wish they would give us something anything to us south americans, i'm pretty pleased with the animals they picked so far for this pack. Maybe this won’t be the last dlc, or maybe we are all wrong and it’s bigger than we think.
As of now, I'm assuming this will be the final DLC. I'm happy to be wrong here, of course! And TBH, if this winds up being an "Old World" pack I will immediately revert my perspective and assume we're getting this one now and a "New World" pack at some point.Absolutely wishful thinking, but normally we get 4 dlc a year. Maybe if we are lucky barnyard + this upcoming pack is half a year, and we have “the other half” coming next year?
Absolutely wishful thinking, but it would be nice.
