To limit myself even further for

funsies

, here's a pack of animals made up entirely of species I've seen within an hour of my current college campus:
Birb's Midwest American College Animal Pack (these animals actually all attend the school with me 100% real trust me besties)
1. Wood Duck YEAHHH BAYBEEE

2. American Coot
3. Canada Goose
4. North American Ruddy Duck
5. Virginia Opossum
6. Eastern Cottontail
7. North American River Otter
Bonus exhibit animal is my boyfriend's bearded dragon who is totally native to the area and definitely wild.
We get American black bear and wapiti around here too, but I have yet to see them
and I'd prefer stuffing this pack with birds even if I had.
I guess I could also put whitetail deer since the pack is very waterfowl heavy and I've seen them plenty but I just... don't really want to.
The only pieces of scenery are these massive silly bird statues we have all around this unserious ass state. The species aren't in the pack because I haven't seen them (among other reasons), they're just there to tease you lol. Think of it like the tamandua bench in the SA pack or the dromedary sign in Africa pack before we actually got that guy.
Except these aren't mammals, so our chances of ever getting them would be significantly less even in this reality lol.
As for animals I've seen in the wild elsewhere, the only two I can think of that wouldn't be loaded with non-habitat birds:
Kenya Pack:
1. Grey Crowned Crane
2. African Sacred Ibis
3. Helmeted Guineafowl
4. Nile Crocodile
5. Bat Eared Fox
6. Vervet Monkey
7. Waterbuck
8. (E) Red-legged Millipede
Florida Pack:
1. Sandhill Crane
2. Roseate Spoonbill
3. American White Ibis
4. Brown Pelican
5. (E) Green Anole
And there's a bunch of manatee scenery with no manatees lol. The free update makes the green iguana a habitat animal just so it can roam around as an invasive species in your Floridian zoos lol.
