Another use i never thought aboutDiorama is pretty great for one-off builds and unique non-zoo ideas. It's also really great for just checking out blueprints if you have a bunch you want to sort through / take a look at in a single go.
Recently I have been thinking about trying to “recreate” the Bronx Zoo’s Congo Gorilla Forest. It's also great for creating blueprints independent of a zoo project as well. Not that you can't do that in zoo maps or whatever but... Sometimes it's nice/easier to do it without all the clutter/background noise.Another use i never thought about
I might start using diorama mode.
This is a great example. It's good for smaller, limited projects if you want to put something together without having all the extra map space (which can get intimidating or leave you feeling like you haven't do much if you're only filling up like, 10% of the map haha).Recently I have been thinking about trying to “recreate” the Bronx Zoo’s Congo Gorilla Forest. The only thing I have been trying to mull over is if I want to use mods or not. One idea I had was that it wouldn’t be a 100% faithful recreation. Still a lot of the animals are in the vanilla version of the game. I can even skip using the birds as they aren’t super important for the overall habitat. But there are some modded exhibit animals I think would be cool to use.
Vet School is super busy so I haven’t had time to play, and when I do have time to play games I have either been doing Rogue Trader or Roblox.
I’ve honestly never finished any project in PZ (guilty as charged haha) but here is the rough plan:This is a great example. As far as the specifics of the build go, I think you could probably get away doing it without mods. If I recall, most of the bigger species are in-game anyway except for maybe one monkey species? Either way if you actually find time to do this I'm sure everyone would love to see it! That habitat is really great.
Red foxes confirmed?!?!
OMG guys! There are butterflies in the picture?!?!?! Do you think we will get flying animals? Maybe we will get birds?!?!?!?Red foxes confirmed?!?!

RightWhale's right! Its obviously hinting at birds! And the Red Fox is just means there will be a new species of Fox in the next DLC. It will be the Aviary plus random fox dlc. LOLguys..... I think the next DLC will have butterflies AND red foxes! I haven't seen anyone request them since october/december 2022, I wonder why.
Seriously LOVE that art. It makes me sooo happy! Reminds me of the Relaxation of spring... The hope of Easter... The excitement of longer days.
The one canid I don't want... LOLAre you sure it's not a coyote?
Maybe its for that F1 game... Cause there's a dinosaur and animals but where is the F1 part?hold up why is the fox holding motorbike keys,
The fox and butterfly are already ingame animals used for a simple promo pic but seriously why is the fox holding a generic key and with a motorbike helmet keychain.
Guys, the fox in the promo art has keys in its mouth! This s OBVIOUSLY DEFINITELY FOR SURE teasing a Keystone Species pack!
