Oh yes....

We are preparing to start shipping the new Oculus Rift Development Kit 2. Please take a moment to update your billing and shipping information on the Order Management page: https://www.oculusvr.com/sales/.

Incomplete information or errors with your payment information or shipping address will cause shipping delays.

For people that purchased using credit cards, we have already charged a $50 deposit. We will charge the remaining balance to the original credit card shortly before we ship your DK2. If we are unable to charge the credit card on file, you will receive an email notification, but your order will be delayed until we can successfully complete the transaction.

For people that purchased using PayPal, their policy requires us to charge the full amount at the point of sale, so you’re all set. Just confirm your address and you’ll receive your kit.

To check on your order information and status:
Go to https://www.oculusvr.com/sales/
Enter the email address you used when originally placing your order
Check your email for a link to a page with your order information
Verify or update your shipping address
Verify or update your payment instrument

Saw this on my nightly check before bed on the OR forum to see if there's been any interesting activity (not involving beating up Oculus) and saw this update from Cyber... only to see an actual email from them about shipments!!!!

OK it's gone out to everyone but still... very exciting. Might even arrive in time for my b'day at the end of the month :)

I did not receive the email so I used your link and got an email back with a link to my account. Mine says

Pending. Waiting for inventory to fulfil order.
So looks like you guys should receive them very very soon.

I'm getting mine in the September batch which will be the best made batch! As I am a really nice guy I will let someone swap their first batch arrival. If you just let me know when you get it I will pop on over and pick it up and let you have mine in September. :)

Ordered 21st March, maybe time to offload my DK1 before the market gets flooded with them. Anyone know which system/space station is offering best price? I've checked Slopey's Market tool to no avail.

Hot diggity damn! Seems like the DK2 show is finally on the road

My new epic extreme gaming pc arrives next Saturday.. This all might tie up very nicely indeed with the upcoming Beta 1 release..:D

No, because that answer varies by region

Hmm, looks like it might depend what regions they're prioritising.

To be honest its p##s poor implementation, no-one should receive any commerce about any one else order other than their own. Its clear as mud and confusing when they are telling you to do something that is not relevant like re-confirming details.

I thought they would put a hold on the funds, but instead that £260 has to sit in this family man's account, yeah right! anyone with a family and kids knows that's a true mission to keep it untouched for 2 months. So into my savings account it is until i get another email.
Plus another issue is the exchange rate, at the time I payed for it cost "X" amount with the exchange rate, but then they actually take the money the exchange rate could be higher and it cost me more sterling.

Not really impressed with the organization of the billing and commerce system at Oculus.

Very much looking forward to the product though.

Ordered 20 mins after went on sale.

was top of UK last time i checked the order tracker/spreadsheet thing on reddit.

think its safe to say im in the first batch, but like others have said, more a case of what regions they are prioritising.

anyhow, im in the premium beta so will post thoughts as soon as i get it running....

if ED is supporting DK2 yet! hopefully in std beta update??...

Hi, i just bought E:D, because DK2 is around corner. I did some testing with my 3D projector and noticed that there is zero separation on elements outside ship so basically those are rendered in 2D and look quite bad. Cockpit is very nice in 3D. Is there something that can be done to fix this and is it known issue?
