New Regions – Why not use the ones already established by the exploration community?

Player involvement shapes this game. FD should capitalize on that. (marketing department, where are you?)
I also think "region" is sub-optimal. I like "sector" better.
But... where did they come up with those shapes? It's like they're drawing out districts so thargoids' vote won't count...

There are already some regions with "sector" in their name, confusingly
I know that there are likely to be regions in the new sector layout that FDEV might have plans for and might want to name appropriatly themselelvs, but, Will, Would you consider giving the EDSM devs a high res screen shot of the Galaxy sector layout and maybe even the exact borders. That would let the EDSM people come up with a naming suggestion based on what they already have and would give them some more time to ponder over the difficult names and maybe also prepare EDSM for release.
