Ah I thought it was the other way around, thought merope was on the right hand side and yes the rumours because after all isn’t everything here just rumours?
And I don’t believe the purpose is known. This came from the cannon research group ‘It is still highly debated and theorized of it’s true meaning, but as like the TP’s spectrogram, it is still unknown on what its true meaning may be’
Nah, definitely Merope on the left. The Thargoid Sensor points to Merope (which is reflected symbolically in the image), and the system diagram is an exact match for Merope.

And no, everything here isn't just rumours. Depends who's active at any given time, but plenty of us make a pretty clear distinction of fact (and accuracy of those facts) versus rumours.

The issue with Raxxla of course, is that there is so little that is actual verifiable fact. Macros keeps the OP up to date with genuine stuff though.

Even when it comes to rumours, there's different kinds of rumours that need to be treated differently (IMHO). The stuff in the Codex for example is rumour, but essentially official rumour. At the other end of the scale you've got the stuff that just goes around the houses. Stuff from Fan Fic. Various hoaxes etc. Then there's various degrees of things in between.

Anyway, you get the idea.

(On the statement from Canonn, I'd be very surprised if it wasn't just a case of it being very out of date. Han Zen's already given the latest situation anyway so nothing more to add on that really.)

To be honest I'm cool about it - lots of people march in here thinking this is just another game puzzle and why haven't we solved it in 5 minutes. Its not that sort of game and its not that sort of puzzle.

But do read the summary doc from Xaintly - there's alot of ground covered in 5 years.

Raxxla may be a "rouge planet", moving through other systems on a very, very long circular path. In all the threads I have read referring to the locations of permit locked systems coupled with the Raxxla symbol and it's 33 dots in somewhat of a circular pattern, these dots may be where the "rouge planet" Raxxla will appear or be present at a particular time in space. The symbology in the center may give some reference to the timing of the event of appearance.

We expect planets in Elite to be at a set of coordinates and always be there. If I were going to hide something from you in this game, I would put it where no one looks or expect it to be, like a moving (rouge) planet always changing location, so if you found it and reported it, even with video, when everyone else comes back to check your results, it's no longer there, and in this way, I could make anyone reporting "I found it" look foolish.

I think Raxxla is a rouge planet>> (and real ones are suspected to exist in the MW Galaxy, even though we have yet to prove it).

o7.....
Yes this is what I had originally thought when it talked about witch space as rouge planets ‘lurk there’

I’m pretty good at puzzle solving due to my ridiculously high IQ and have only started thinking about Raxxla this morning.

Not to be overly blunt (although I guess you've already set that tone with the statement above) but can you use that high IQ and share some of the data you seem to have collected in only two days? I've been lurking on this thread for a while now, keeping up to date with Raxxla and doing my own exploring occasionally when time permits. I just have to say that you have made a very large number of claims and suggestions over the past few pages, apparently you have seen the stars align on systems all over the galaxy and you have a multitude of maps and data. You've even told someone that most of what they suggest has been disproven, then went on to claim the Formidine Rift mystery has relevance now and the Thargoid Device Spectrogram is more then it's been demonstrated to be. I don't wish to come across as rude, but can you share that data? You keep claiming to discover things that aren't a coincidence without actually sharing why that is.

Interesting development on the Thargoid star map theory.
-The star map is indeed of the andromeda galaxy, the shape and speed are the same to the andromeda which leads me to believe that it is ( I’m like 99% sure) this pretty much confirms my theory of Thargoids coming from a different galaxy as why the HELL would they have a different one in a secret (ish) location and make it hard to access. Raxxla is said to have a gateway to other galaxies. Well Thargoids may have used this we just can’t tell at this time.
-The restricted areas I’ve mentioned seem to create a pattern that is IDENTICAL to the Raxxla flag. Also at each one of the irregular pentagons in the centre there is some sort of nebulae

Now after drawing lines across I have identified a few new areas which arn’t Permit locked and the he shape looks something that someone should weave, kinda like the tales of the star Weaver you guys where on about earlier?

I'd love to take a look at the 33 areas that line up with the Thargoid star map, and the 18 permit locked areas. I'd love to know why you are convinced the Star map is 100% Andromeda.

Free rock, not revolving around a star - surely an impossibility (in the music world :) ). Trouble is there is no game mechanic to jump to such a place - we can only jump to stars, so the only way to get to one is if it is loaded into the current system upon entry to the nearest star. However it should then appear in FSS, no matter how far from the star as far as we know.

So you'd need to know exactly where it should be if its moving fast.

I’ve found a few in my journeys, they will have an X symbol on the system map with a line drawn away indicating they orbit no celestial body.
Here’s a ‘one I made earlier’
