Oh, and every time a fleet carrier jumps anywhere in the galaxy, my outfitting screen hangs for x seconds...
Weird, I didn't have this one. Is there many carriers where you are located ?

I think they took all of the deep cores from other hotspots and put them in LTD areas... Lol. Spent 4hrs this morning in the middle of a pristine Void Opal spot and have only found 2. I'm not trying super hard... Fly a bit, work a bit, but still I would expect to find more than 2.
Here I proposed solution:This is exactly the point. what FDev doesnt seem to realize is that if they put a little effort into balancing mining (or earning credits in general) then people wouldnt have to rely on exploits or meta-mining at all. if Cores were more common and had a similar payout, they it would be a fair option. but cores are persistent and respawn only once a week, on top of that they are RARE and dont have a big pay off. so most people dont core mine (even though we like doing it). So, the meta was laser mining at Borann. but then FDEV finally buffed SSD's but then they over buffed them. so they nerfed them and now they are pretty fair but now the new meta-mining. then they nerfed overlaps effectively murdering spawn rates. so now we EGGsploit. you see the pattern? adjust every form of mining to be competitive with each other. cores should be more common. id say 25-50% more common, refresh every 3+hrs, and yield more chunks(like 40-60 per core). surface deposits should be more common and in higher volume, Laser is fine because it can be used as a backup or to compliment the others. the fact that a single SSD deposit yields more chunks of the same value as a whole core is absurd. it is a single deposit vs an entire core.
and lastly. in a hotspot SSD's, SD's and CORES OF THE APPROPRIATE TYPE should be more common. im tired of roaming around any given LTD hotspot searching for LTD SSD's and cores only to fine 80% water, hydrogen, etc. it is a HOTSPOT, it implies that the concentration of that mineral is high. not like every other part of the belt.
i dont know who is the lead of maintenance crew, but i feel they could do a better job. or find someone else who can.
ill be honest. i dont really like exploiting. i only praise the EGG as a meme of sorts lol. and the meme of the EGG exists as a result of FDEV incompetence.
...but beware, CMDR Marz has 1.1 TRILLION. For what exactly? I don't know.
Did you just buy it today ? It's a bit late for all that stuff
I generally agree, except for the one instance where FD used the amount of money people had to set carrier prices and upkeep.... one more thing. Funny part is when ppl say LTD is devaluating every single thing in the game and its cheating. Since when other players credits have any influence at YOUR game? There is no mmo mechanics, no auction house, no player driven economy, no credit transfer, no player sourced missions, nothing at all and you feel devaluated? HIPOCRITICAL as hell since there was ok when you mined 300 milion an hour. People wake up. Whole economy need rework but what are you talking about here in pure nonsence.

Eat your vegetables!... one more thing. Funny part is when ppl say LTD is devaluating every single thing in the game and its cheating. Because people do not want to mine it Why to mine tritium if you can mine egg, then buy tritium with 1 to 40 ratio. If Tritium is so common now why are most Fleet Carriers still not moving?
more money = less punishment for gankers = less people play openAll things are connected ... more money = less punishment for gankers = less people play open etc. They added tritium, need fast mining for explorers = they boosted chance to meet trit rock = now in LTD spot u cannot find damn LTD rock - all around are trit = people found 1 egg and keep using it heavy.
Luck of planning game wide. They fix urgent problems without thinking.
- Uhh, nope.. Less players play in open specifically because of gankers/griefers. Gankers gank because they can since credits is trivial to them. So credit count is not relevant.
pulse wave - i see a yellow - limpet - tritium. Pulse wave - i see a yelow - limpet - water. Pulse wave - i see a yellow - limpet - tritium x4 etc. 10-15 mins later LTD rock! yaw!-I wonder how you mine, if you ever even do mining. I don't find it difficult finding LTD rocks to mine,
CMDR Blast (Bradford) has so many credits that the term to describe the number hasn't yet been agreed by the UN 'big number description terms' standing committee.
& like I said, gankers will gank, regardless of credits.that what I said "less punishment for gankers" because it is only 1 rock to pay bills for a week.
pulse wave - i see a yellow - limpet - tritium. Pulse wave - i see a yelow - limpet - water. Pulse wave - i see a yellow - limpet - tritium x4 etc. 10-15 mins later LTD rock! yaw!
Your logic is flawed. All things are connected ... more money = less punishment for gankers = less people play open etc. They added tritium, need fast mining for explorers = they boosted chance to meet trit rock = now in LTD spot u cannot find damn LTD rock - all around are trit = people found 1 egg and keep using it heavy.

Yes, but it is fun to catch and kill ganker getting huge reward for that too...Your logic is flawed.
When money is good, organised or equal risk PvP is viable because you can pay for rebuys.
When money is bad, ganking is the only viable PvP because earning rebuys is a chore so why accept the risk of losing money.
Less money=more ganking.
I would accept ... but...I'm in LTD spot and I see at least 3 times more tritium then LTD. Why ? Did you try single random opals/ltd spot lately? Last time I did I ended up with 200t of trit just because I didn't find single damn LTD rocks. Well, it was 2-3% for lasers though. Same for opals. Quit spot after 20 mins of searching for ANYTHING viable except trit.& like I said, gankers will gank, regardless of credits.
Simple, thats because you're only looking for SSDs. There will always be compromises. If you go SSD only, you take a punch of not being able to find LTD SSDs always, if you go laser, you don't get as much as SSDs per rock, but you got a lot of rocks around you. So its a draw.
Odd days: Credits are useless, why even bother.
Even days: How dare other people making so much money, lets suggest rollback
