Any teamwork driven CMDRs in Valheim?

I've restarted again. Realised I just need to start a new world and take old character. But full restart it was. Weiler was not really bad, Just a bit small in terms of Black Forest.
I decided after circumnavigating my island in Karve. Yes, I met the ocean-borne dweller, almost killed it, if it hadn't been for Black Forest shore.
One first excursion with Karve across to another island saw me get killed. While scouting out I suddenloy realised the choppy noises might be enemies hacking at my ship - when I rushed back it was just ingredients and from there it went downhill. recommend meadows or swimming a bit. Don't park your boat too close to Black Forest.
Had to reload a number before I found an agreeable look. I settled near the Black Forest. Bronze will be no problem, but the Greydwarves spawn in numbers. Could use some traps...

Yes, this gave me hope and an excuse to don my troll skin suit and give it another go. I now back up my files too so nothing will be too far gone if things just go poof again.

I guess there isn't that much in the ocean biome now but it's "interesting" enough. Stay close to the edge of the shore (not the ocean label on your map) at night. That's my only advice :)

Regarding the merchant; he is a curious fellow. There are only one of these dwarves in every seed, somewhere in the Black Forest biome, but it could be ANYWHERE. For some he's in the forest next to the spawn, some he's literally on the edge of the world. I guess pray to RNOdin or use a known seed. I found mine not too far away in seed "VALHALLA:"

In the burial chambers I've not seen any respawns of the skellies/ghosts but thankfully the glowing mushrooms respawn, 240mins I think. I sure do have a taste for those Yellow Mushrooms!!!!

And yes, many map markers. I'd do the same in Elite if I could! All mushrooms, berries, houses, chambers, caves, and any rich hunting grounds are noted. It has served me well and I highly recommend doing the same.

I don't mark everything but I turned to mark more and more, too.

OK, next milestone is find the merchant and get fishing gear. Build ship. Catch more fish.
And then.....
I'm gonna fry some fishse!

Alive without breath,
As cold as death;
Never thirsty, ever drinking,
All in mail never clinking.

You inspired me with the word "fishse!" I felt it the utmost importance to gain fishing gear for my very first fishse fry. I made it back to my merchant, bought a whole grip of bait, the fishing pole, and the headlight. I put a portal up nearby just in case but I fear that the trolls or whatever it is going to go smash-smash to it. He's not far away so I guess that's ok.

I wanted to say, although I thought it just a novelty, with fishing, there is finally a peaceful activity in the game. It doesn't seem to stir up the Greydwarves at all. Which is nice. And the fish are delicious.

Oh man, that's tragic. I fear something like that myself. This 10th realm is brutal lol If you can find the Greydwarf nests that have purple smoke around them, eliminating those seem to curb the localized Greydwarf population.

Also, that poem is quite nice.

I found that ditches and earth works helped a lot around your base.

The Draugr came. I have no idea where from. So far I made all milestones but one - find a swamp. Where are they? Other side of the world?
Caught 1st fishse too. Saw a serpent and a troll fight. I think my island has mountain but I dont know how to fight the fteezing.

Yeah, you said turnips and I thought you were speaking figuratively but I saw they are found in swamp biomes. Now Draugr? I think you're living in a swamp! That or they are very close by, obviously. Your turnips definitely came from there.

I went to the swamp to find said turnips and I started making a trail of tombstones out of there. Those Draugr are nasty at my stage. The sausages better be worth it lol

You need to make a frost resist potion(s). Make a Cauldron out of tin and you should see some new recipes. Invest heavily in bee hives if you can.

Found swamps. But a sea exploration went awry when boat got stuck in poor visibility and some green thing poisoned me in the boat near coast. I hadnt packed poison resist potions. Now the swamp key is there someqhere.
And I spawned naked on a FW base with just a bed and a fire.

They came at night. I gguess the game saw that nothing moved forward.

Can someone explain, or point me in the direction to an explanation of what the symbols on the bottom left screen mean?
Fork is food bonus?
The red thing, no idea, the numbers, and brown/gray bars, no idea.
Etc.

No idea. The red thing seems to represent "rested" state. Which has some influence on stamina recovery? Take my info with grain of salt. Is what I took from game. I've been asking myself what rested actually does. Game tells you diligently "You rested" - "You no longer feel rested" so I guess they laid some importance on it.

The colour bars is somthing with food effect wearing off. Don't ask for details. Is like depletometer. Maybe to indicate when food effect wears out completely. I still forget to replenish nutrients frequently. Like when I died at swamp coast.
Unnourished HP is 25 and there is no way to heal that little HP pool with food items. Unless you remember the healing potion you forgot about. In other words: It doesn't help me at all. I prefer audio feedback. Not having to watch every pixel in some corner of the UI.
And the number is your HP. Yes, they are variable depending on the food type and intake. One second you have 100 HP the next you're back at 25. You can imagine this can severely impair your combat potential.

Do you know if it means death when the number(s) run to 0?

Pretty sure it does. I never starved though. So 25 seems your minimum HP pool. You take damage you restore HP based on food intake again. Some food like honey restores more HP per tick, some does restore stamina.
On death You respawn at last rest place and I hear there is XP drain, but game always tells me: No XP drain. I dunno - maybe you need to reach your "tombstone" before a timer runs out before the XP drains? Maybe there just isn't any XP drain.

Oh and the little icons all to left represent the mini-icons of the food you took. grilled leg for cooked meat. plate of soup for carrot soup etc. They flash when about to deplete and that sometimes notifies me. There is also on screen notification if you have free food slot but I often overlook it. It's right in the face but I focus elsewhere and is just some annoying white that occluded what I was interested in.
Like I say I prefer audio. Make use of more channels instead of overloading 1 is what I say.

Eikhtyr icon is not food but signifies that character has Eikhtyr buff ready to activate. Which you need to press "f" for but do it in advance because it has some long rear animation and it's no panic button.

Great, I made it back in a raft with quite some pains, ordered some stuff back home, chopped a tree and troll spawned with greylings right next to my home. It didn't went well and I ragequit.
Cos I didnt set home as new spawn. Guess where I respawned...

When you die you loose some of your skills experience and some of your stats. It is guessed by players to be 5-10% of your current skill xp.

Resting gives you a bonus to Health Regen of +200% and Stamina Regen +300%. It's time limit can be influence by the comfort level of where you get the resting/ed bonus.
