If it is because it is all about stuff inspired by European Zoos then that would be a dream scenario.
I hope African crested porcupine will include this will be the thing I would be most happy to include in dlc if it's Europe
Yeah, they are found in Southern/Mediterranean Europe, in Italy in particular! I think they were brought here by the Romans, who also brought here a bunch of other stuff (Peafowl, Fallow Deer, some varieties of Wild Boar from Central Europe, and it's speculated that Egyptian Mongoose were introduced as well; I mean, they're found here, but it's unclear whether they're native or introduced historically)I hope African crested porcupine will include this will be the thing I would be most happy to include in dlc if it's Europe
Recently it is thought they are native and just got there when the mediterranean sea level was lower.
A Mink would be so cool to have in the Game and a Muntjac would also be great
I mean honestly, if the 1.8 didn't give us a pack and it was just restaurants, some new building and foliage, buoys and capybaras patched in - along with bug fixes of course and a remodeled Malayan Tapir - I wouldn't consider it a bad scenario, so long as a pack came in the next month or so.
But I do think we'll get a pack, but this update itself is sounding nice.
And yes, while I don't expect it, I'll keep hoping for patched in capybaras, to make up for the atrocity of them not being in the SA pack.

Watch us get a petting zoo pack this winter, filled with friendly animals for habitats to place our restaurants in!

Would absolutely love this. It should also include Straw and Hay Bales, a Tractor (either as Decoration or as a Ride for Guests), maybe a Barn/Stable Building Set but I could also see a half timbered House Set working with this, Apple Trees and maybe a few other domesticated Plants, maybe also Stuff like decorative Pumpkins and please placeable Fruits that don't look like Plastic (the Idea of those Fruits is great but due to them looking so extremely fake I've only put the Watermelons into a Box in the Backstage Area of a Hippo House once and never used the others),Stuff like Pitchforks, Shovels, Buckets, Rakes, Brooms and similar Stuff could also fit great into this kind of Pack

I would be ok with European pack if it will include Lynx and Wolverine although I would prefer it to be something aquatic to include animals from different regions or just really big birds pack.
I don’t think we can count on something more than regular 4+1 pack though.
Or they will change the strategy and structure of DLC’s and surprise us with something totally new.

Yes I think and hope it will include because if frontier will make animals that the community wants then the African Crested Porcupine and Eurasian Lynx are the most requests animals from Europe there on the Meta Wishlist (of course there are more but they are the first).
Frontier once said they want all Animals to be Individuals, so please give me one of the Animals I want. I can't wait to have a Aviary with 5 Bees inside of it
This Update would really be a nice one to add Ambience Animals like the ones in Zoo Tycoon 2. Animals like Pigeons and Wasps (maybe also Ravens or Crows) would just fit perfectly into a Outdoor Dining Area and if there is too much Trash (or Food in Enclosures) lying around, we could even get Rats which could become dangerous for Penguins because they'll eat their Eggs (which could be done by the Pregnancy of the Animal being canceled)

Honestly, as much as I like the Arctic fox, it's probably the only animal I'm on the line about. Red fox would've been better, more versatile; NA, Europe, Asia; cold biomes; top dog; more color variety; etc.
I wish we had gotten it over the Arctic fox, not gonna lie. But I get what I get and won't throw a fit.
Whatever the next pack is, I'll enjoy it (especially if it comes with a super-unlikely NA gray fox)
