I created a new account before transfer, and I did the transfer. It is complete. I have a copy on Xbox of the game, but when I check my account on the frontier store it says I don't have anything. Did I not get my copy of horizons because I didn't create the account at time of transfer? If so, how do I get it now? I can't seem to find where to submit a ticket as it only takes me to knowledgebase when I select the ticket option on the store page,
That was my issue this morning too.
My transfer completed over night.
I left the transfer page open but then in the morning i could not download the Frontier Launcher (link expired)
Then i went to the Frontierstore, logged it with my new account, only to find out there is no Elite there. Nothing whatsoever.
So... how will i be able download the game?
Eventually, before clogging the support with yet another ticket, i did a refresh on that page and the download link refreshed and i could download the Launcher.

do we need to do something regarding the missing Elite Dangerous Horizons from our (new) FrontierStore accounts?
My concern is how will i download the game if i want to reinstall later on? (new computer etc...)
Go to the Frontier User Account page, and login using the Frontier login, not one of the partner tabs... and when it logs in, it should show you your FID, and it should say Platform : Frontier
Then, you need to launch the Frontier Luncher, and sign in to the same account.

How do i launch the Forntier Launcher if i cannot download it, since i have no Elite in my FrontierStore account and the Store actually prompts me to buy Elite Dangerous?
