Question: Is anyone aware of (and have a pic of) a Mission Board mission where the Giving minor faction is the same as the Target minor faction (mission must have 2 factions - so sourcing, mining, salvage, massacre, assasination, etc missions don't count).
I've also had Wetwork Assasinations and Covert Ops Massacres (both illegal) targeting the issuing faction. Although there *is* a canon explanation, it's pretty annoying when this happens, as those missions have -ve influence effects on the target :/ I bugreported that in so far as saying that at the very least the target faction should be known, otherwise the target should not be the issuing faction. Another thing to take into account for cargo deliveries is the economic types... they'll favour places where there is regular import to.
e.g if you're at a Tourism economy (whose only export is biowaste), you'll see many missions going to agricultural station, targeting any faction present there.
But as Starwolfe said, Courier/Delivery missions do very frequently go to the same faction who issued them... although it's more likely to happen in more sparsely populated regions with lower quantities of factions.
