Added R4's new twitchstream to the "youtube channels, podcasts, etc" section. For anyone who remembers r4nger0 from the very early days of ED livestreaming (For The Damn Glory) you'll know why ... the guy's a legend in my book. Be warned tho' - this stream is NSFS (Not Safe For Snowflakes). [haha]

Except, typical - the very instant I promote it the stream goes down and his PC starts having major issues. Check back another day maybe?

Trending: (and I may well give this a permanent home in due course) Cmdr Kerenn "two jumps" Vatueil (of the Fuel Rats) returns to Elite: Dangerous after a long absence and starts to discover that there's a lot of new things to see and do. I've also added the excellent "Community guest FDEV visit 3.3 impressions" roundup from reddit to the bit about the Frontier Office visit a couple of weeks ago.

Edit: and I've added Aashenfox's "too much to do" thread as well.

Also - new "Nav Beacon" bobbleheads now in the Frontier store + I just wanted to give a shoutout to the fantasic Remlok Industries website (already listed under "mysterious things and lore") who've just added a new lore document containing pretty much everything there is to know about the Thargoids (The Thargoids - Truth and Fiction)

Also - I wanted to draw everyone's attention to the ongoing use of bots in the game to affect Powerplay and BGS states. This was highlighted some time ago in a forum thread but has been discussed again in episode 216 of Lave Radio and is well worth a listen (fast forward to the 1hr mark for the relevant bit). It's one of those issues which many people won't care about ... until it affects them directly ... and then they will care a LOT!

I'm afraid I gave up listening to Lave Radio once I realised that their "50% of it is wibble" approach was in fact policy. I'm afraid I don't have that much time to waste.

Fair enough ... I have quite a long daily commute so I'm more than happy to while away the time with a bit of Elite Dangerous wibble! :)

Personally these detailed breakdowns of suggested layouts for the internals of our ships leave me kinda cold but I can see they're well done and a lot of thought has gone into them (and I know a lot of people love 'em) so top respect to the guy and thanks for sharing!
