Apologies for being ignorant, but what is "leg E" ? And why having no such leg "is power"?

Maybe it's relating to the elusive space legs? I bet it was supposed to be "No Legs Is Power" But they just spelled it wrung.

Well, two questions really...

1: Do we get any clues or even (shock, horror) documentation about new functionality and any key-binds that are necessary?

2: Talking of key-binds, I've seen a couple of references to Beta blowing away key-binds... I take it it is a good idea to save existing binds before applying the beta patch!?

Frequently Asked Questions... But here are the answers to things noone ever asked.

My download is about one gig an hour. I just want to calculate time needed

No size of download to see... The Download changes between 11 MB/Sec and 512KB/Sec. for me.
Reason cannot be my own connection, must be the server load or the routers/cables between
