I know they have their detractors cos thet aren't really in captivity, but as someone who doesn't particularly mind that: marine iguanas! Just such great potential for some cool looking habitats!

I guess I'm too optimistic but most animals in this tierlist would be so cool.

As cool as the burrowing owl would be I don't see how Frontier could add them as "regular flightless birds" such as the crane or swan without them feeling super unnatural. I only see them working as flying animals hence they have their own lil tier, they'd be an incredibly cool species though. The rest of bird species I'm cool with as just seeing like ground-dwellers, the spoonbill and ibis are a bit lower because I'll forever think they would feel a bit unnatural without flight being taken under account (I guess you can say the same for every species of flying bird in the game but oh well, I have my motives I guess).

I think 2-3 could bring them up to a good spot. One for NA like the elk and reeves muntjac together with a more classical deer for asia would round them up pretty nicely. I think id go with the sambar due to their huge range and to vary the deer up with a tropical species

I would love a southern pudu and Pere's David deer. A muntjac, sambar, or Chital would be fantastic, too. So, 2 or 3 from this list would be perfect.

About the other options that are frequently mentioned, a Wapiti would be all right, but not too exciting. Roe deer and white tailed deer, I would say both would feel rather boring for me.

Is this going to be the last DLC for the game? If so, I'd add a DLC called World's Fauna DLC.
This DLC would consist of 15 animals from the five continents, I'm not including Antarctica.

This would be my list of animals I'd like to see.

Otherwise, I'm feeling other things for the slots, but the mara is pretty popular and a great candidate for inclusion at some point, whether or not it comes with this pack. I hope you get it!

Naming-wise, if this is called "American deserts" pack, the combination of continent + biome would open a big potencial for new DLCs: African jungles, Asian wetlands, American mountains...

(This is also a bit of hopium for me looking for a way to change the current DLC model so they bring back exhibits)

I swear I don’t hate reptiles! I just prioritise more dynamic species.

The “Good” and “Eh Okay” tiers are hazy and shift around every time I look at it.

Honestly, as long as we get coati, I’ll be happy for the other to be anything that isn’t on the “No. Too similar to in-game” tier.
