I'm still hoping for my Latin America Animal pack consisting of
- Howler monkey
- Mexican spider monkey
- Golden lion tamarin
- Tamandua
- Andean bear
- Patagonian mara
- Curassow
Have you guys noticed the official Planco/Planzo dictionary on the official PZ page? It also list names of animals in game. The weird part is, I found words like "Hamadryas" "Baboon" "Civet" "Secretary"...
Would be pretty random to translate such words...unless they were used in Planet Coaster?

I doubt they came from PlanCo. Who'd use those words in a park builder? But oh man, I hope the next pack, if for sure final, isn't Africa. África has a huge roster, we, as a whole, only want a tiny handful

If it should be the Last Pack (which I do Not think) I actually hope for Africa. But as I do not think it will be that Last Pack everything is okay for me.
That's very interesting. 'Secretary' is a profession so it doesn't really confirm anything and 'Civet' could be there due to the binturong, but 'Hamadryas' is extremely specific. Googling the word only gives me baboons as a result.
Meanwhile, basic animals that we don't have in the game like 'rabbit', 'goose' or 'hare' are not in there. 'Duck', on the other hand, is.
Of course it could be that these animals were once planned but scrapped. There's also 'Howe', which is probably due to the Lord Howe's Island stick insect.
Mammoth is probably going to be added to JWE2, so it's probably means something
I don't think they speak Planco in Jurassic Park, but now I wanna see a dubbed version. Frontier, can y'all pull some strings over at Universal and make a Planco dub of the Jurassic films?
It could just be a dictionary word list added that is entirely a coincidence.
And dolphin, and fish. Species we're most certainly not getting at this point. However, all are quite general names for animals so it makes sense to have them in a dictionary.
What would help is being able to see when certain words were added to the list.
I never stop to hear the guests in JWE, but i remenber the shelter narrator speaking multiple languages, so it's not impossible that one of them is in placo language.

There is post from 3 years ago on reddit with everything updated seemingly till grasslands animal pack. There are words like maned, caracal, armadillo, raccon, wombat, but no sloths, addax, sandcat and quokka. So baboons, eagles, macaws, dolphins, godfellows, secretary are recent post 2023 additons lol.
