Engineers Engineering Database And Calculator [Engineers Update]

I just unlocked Professor Palin and took around 800k in explore data to sell to him. He doesn't have a way to allow us to sell it to him. FD spoiling our fun yet again!

I had this with the Farseer'er bint. if you reboot (re-log) next time you go in the selling option will be there (Hopefully).
Thank you but I had that problem when I arrived there and logged off at the base. This morning when I looked again there was still no option to sell explore data. I will go back and try again because I only jumped five of the twelve jumps to get back to Founders when I had to go to work this morning. I was just having my ED fix for the day!
 
I am a huge fan of the sheet and you did all a amazing and exceptional great work!!!
Since some time I did use some especially one of your sheet (see below) to adapt and create my own Engineer working sheet.

Unfortunatelly this part below was after mats changes in 2.1.5 not updated anymore - or is this now in sync with all information?
Can imagine that this work must be unbelievable tough and took a great slice of your available gaming time! +++++ REP !

Ok after being in work all day when I got home I flew back to Palin. I did pick up a few scans and can confirm this time the facility to sell was there.

What do you mean, 'mats changed'?

I'm nowhere near the bubble and can't update it myself.
 
As the material composition changed for modules (easier now) with 2.1.5 a few weeks ago the material description for what module to use was not accurate anymore. As I checked those information were not updated as many go to Inara.cz. But I still prefer this calculation sheet.

I copied a duplicate of the sheet that had been updated, so I reckon it should be now. The components sheet pulls the components' usage from the Data sheet, so it should be updated as well. Though I can't go and see an Engie to confirm.
 
I found some mismatches (to INARA.CZ) during my work on translating to german language:

Data-Sheet, Armour (Selene Jean): Heavy Duty Armour.
In the sheet there a no values for MASS, all are ZERO.
The values for HULL-BOOST are different to these on INARA.

Because currently i have no acces to Selen i don't know which of the values are wrong.
Can you check them please?

From my limited testing, it seems the reputation increase with The Dweller (and probably other "sell commodity" engineers), is based on the profit made when selling commodities (not the value of commodities). For Rank 1->2, I estimate 500k CR profit is required, and 2mil CR profit for Rank 2->3.

I only have access to Farseer - never got myself into this in-game! So unless someone brings me the exact values, I can't do anything (plus, I'm 57k from the bubble). Inara pulls its data from the sheet, so at this point I don't know if/what/when it's been updated in comparison to the sheet. Which I updated with a CMDR's personal copy which supposedly is uptodate.

Nowhere is it said it's relative to the commodities' value.

Increased FSD Range 4 requires Chemical Distillery, not Chemical Processors.

So from the pattern, each rank is 4x harder than the previous.
 
Forgive my ignorence, but Felicity Farseers requirements for FSD with increased range in-game dont match what the database says.
Have I mis-read the database?
Manganese is required by isnt mentioned in FSD data
 
Please post everything you have regarding the new engineers so I can start updating the sheet, thank you!

It could be worth waiting til later on in the test or for the full release, as I've seen rumblings that many of the new blueprints are just placeholders for right now.

There might still be errors with the nerf data; since I'm in the bubble I'll have a look at the few egies I have access to.

I meant, basic info like names, locations etc.
 
Also, since I'm very involved with the CCN and my own expedition, I'd be glad to hand over the sheet's management to someone else.
