Sure they're not, hence the "don't know where you're from" and "If you have one"; no disrespect was meant on that front, I was merely trying to establish information and offer a potentially UK biased option at the same time, just in case. If you've got a Maestro enabled card the store does accept that as far as I'm aware:Not everyone is from the UK and not every bank gives out debitcards that are Visa/Mastercard compatible. Mine gives out Maestro cards and is planning to start with Mastercards somewhere in 2025.
Paypal is the defacto standard for online payments. Frontier should just comply with what everyone is used to.
While PayPal was a widespread option, and I do still use it where available, it's ultimately Frontier's decision which payment providers they work with. As a UK based company, Frontier are well within their rights to have reservations when dealing with PayPal given their standing within UK finance and law. Many UK based services have removed PayPal as a payment option following these changes. As frustrating as that is for users that prefer PayPal, it's an understandable stance for Frontier to take.
