Is my build, I find myself able to escape most players except enemy Cutters/Clippers or wings. I'll generally avoid these in supercruise using emergency stops or whatever else rather than getting to the interdiction mini-game.
If I were to take it into a community goal or other high "player" activity area I would knock the thrusters up to 7A or 8A and do the following:
Swap out 1 chaff and 2 boosters for point defence.
Shield - Thermal resistance
Boosters - Resistance mods + maybe 2x Heavy Duty in there
Thruster mods - Clean Drive 5 or Dirty Drive 5 will give you a bit more breathing room and ability to get out taking less damage to shields
Military Armour with kinetic resistance.

Compared Shields only go up 500mj but remember we've removed 2 boosters and the resistances are tons better. Speed is an immense 100m/s+ difference and the jump range laden only drops 3ly.
I'd be fairly comfy taking the 2nd build into a CG in open, If I had too many issues I'd start adding the military slots in with either SCBs or Module/Hull packages.
