A general mountain animal pack sounds lovely. Show me the pallas’s cats!

Not sure how much I expect this to happen though, considering how these early teases typically don’t tie into any sort of trend with the associated DLC. Unless y’all are seeing some kind of connection between polar bears and Africa I’m missing 😛

Polar bears are carnivores like fennec foxes. And they deep dice like African penguins. They are large like rhinos. Cute like meerkats. And they drop dung, for dung beetles. So, there😆

While this looks pretty interesting and it's good that it works for Franchise too, one thing that I would really really love is for us to be able to use the scenario maps in Franchise! I woudn't mind spending some extra CC just to be able to use those fantastic maps in my franchise zoo's. It would also give me an extra incentive to do all of the scenarios. Pretty please! :D

Sounds really difficult to do properly but also really great. I think I'll try it at least once. Great to know that it will also work in Franchise Mode. Maybe we could also get this as a Option to use in a smaller Scale in existing Parks? It might be useful to create way more realistic looking Mountains. Also will it affect Parts of the Map that aren't inside the usable Area and what about Plants on those Maps? Will they be placed normally or could I theoretically create a Map with one Height to get a proper antarctic Map without any Trees?

Flat map enjoyer here, i really hope this is not all the big update :eek:, i'm happy for the others, but for me it's a useless feature, at least we know the dlc is coming...

It has a free version for non-commercial use, which iirc has some restriction in resolution, but since we are not going for photorealistic landscapes and in PZ, that shouldn’t be a problem. I have used World Machine in the past for 3D graphics. It is a full-featured application, but most of the advanced features are probably overkill for PZ. There are plenty of YT tutorials. You can directly export to TIF.

This program is definitely more for advanced users, but I am sure we will see great height maps in the workshop soon.

Hey! Finally some news!

This feature, not sure what I feel about it. I'm 100% sure someone will make good use of it, and even impress many of us with their skills.

But on a personal note, not my cup of tea. Would have been great if it comes with a "random map" generator, but from the post, doesn't look like.

I hope the best is yet to come! :)
