I totally hear that. When I completed the last stretch of my circumnavigation and came over the final ridge to see my starting crater in front of me I felt (oddly since it's just a game) REALLY emotional. There were others with me at the time and I think I said something like "well this is weird, now that I'm here I don't want to finish". I stopped to savour the moment and yes, may even have shed a slight tear. I guess we just don't want good things to come to an end!Kind of a bittersweet feeling parking up for what may be the last time on the official part of this journey.

Not too far beyond the crater, was a mountain, so I climbed that too. With the headway I made today, it is quite possible that will be the last peak I com,e across on this expedition.
I am now officially less than 20° latitude away from completing this circumnavigation, and if my terrain and travel times remain similar to the past few days, I may arrive back at the pole by this time tomorrow. Kind of a bittersweet feeling parking up for what may be the last time on the official part of this journey.

Good luck on your final leg if you make it tonight.
I am parked up close to your finish but will be well asleep (this time) when you're driving to the end.
Great job, really enjoyed following this one. What am I supposed to do now???
