New take on SRV and Fighter gameplay

Hey, So I know you guys probably get insane amounts of suggestions every day, with that in mind I thought about something that might solve a problem that may or may not exist. You have a significant crowd of players that want more SRV type craft. A smaller amount wants more Fighter Craft. Additionally, players want more modules in their ships for other stuff....SO, my suggestion is to combine the fighter craft and SRV craft into a single multipurpose light craft. This multi-purose light craft can transform from a fighter to an srv and back again. This makes surface exploration much quicker. To accommodate the increased weight (2 tonnes) you can make this fighter more bulky and slower. This would also allow players to fly their salvagings up to their ship instead of having their ship land. Why is this important? Well I have no doubt that you guys are working on volcanic planets and other planetary types. Landing a ship on some of these more hazardous environments can really wear and tear the ship (especially if you land in lava). It would be better for the ship to not have to descend below the 2km barrier (2km barrier for POI). It's better if that wear and tear happens to a smaller craft where it can be disposed of and reproduced after each use via the 3-d printing narrative you have already introduced.

This is just one option. You can still have the traditional modules do their respective different functions or you can expand the uses of those modules that exist right now. I know since forever players have wanted an SRV that carries more. This hybrid craft can utilize more fuel and there can be some tradeoffs that help keep things survival based. These standalone modules can still provide those more specialized craft with this hybrid as an option for bigger ships that now have to account for new experimental modules and guardian modules. Slots are gaining more and more importance and having 1 slot do two things instead of one is just a natural adaptation to this problem. Additionally down the line I know you guys are going to introduce even bigger ships. Ships that can't fit in the mailslot, if you got this kind of class of fighter down, multiple ones can be used to fuel those bigger ships that you guys may or may not be building. I noticed that the whole megaship gameplay you guys just made with 3.0, with a little retooling could also fulfill a fueling necessity for bigger ships like the panther clipper (or whatever).

For all I know you guys are already doing something like this but I felt like it was a solid well-rounded idea. I'm going to run it through the community via reddit to see what they think.
