Slow down mate, we don't even know 100% if PZ1 is done and over withWhen will Planet Zoo 2 be announced? This mystery makes me anxious!
Yeah I'm of similar mind. One thing is for sure, if PZ1 ends now and PZ2 is to be released next year, I ain't buying it before 1-2 years.
3 penguinsNow jumping in here. TBH, long time I was against Planet Zoo 2 and I always wanted that Planet Zoo 1 is a never anding thing like Sims 4 (lol, to much expectation). But now, looking at the packs (mostly Americas) it's time to move on. Most of the Packs we would get in the future would be full of hoofstock and so on. Of course, they are important, and I would be VERY HAPPY to get more, but the thing for me is the bird situation. Still no pheasant, not even a pelican, only one waterfowl (Swan). The ratites are good here, and also 2 penguins, but this is way too low for a zoo game. Especially in a game like planet zoo where your possibilities seems to be endless. However, the other thing is the animal quality, the ones from the base game, are so low partly, compared to the new DLC animals and I think it would be very good to have all the animals on one level.
march next year probablyWhen will Planet Zoo 2 be announced? This mystery makes me anxious!
Oh, forgot about the little blue one, what a Shame, thank you!3 penguins
All I want is for them to fix the market so that getting a male and female of a species doesnt take literal hours of refreshing the marketIdk if this was mentioned before, but id really like an complete overhaul of franchise, or an additional mode. Like in theory i think i could enjoy managing finances and growing a zoo from the start up, but i really dont like how that currently isnt that compatible with making the zoo looks good and/or realistic. Like i dont want to put myself in crippling debt only to make a nice looking backstage.
So in essence id like a mode that merges the creativity of sandbox with a good management
I mean… you can make good franchise zoos off rip you just have to cheat the games economy for the first hour and just build a small exhibit or habitat and food and facilities in a small square make profit and let the game run for a long time and what the funds roll in and boom money isn’t an issue anymoreIdk if this was mentioned before, but id really like an complete overhaul of franchise, or an additional mode. I've gone into some thoughts on why sandbox is more "realistic" before (like comment subscribeI mean… you can make good franchise zoos off rip you just have to cheat the games economy for the first hour and just build a small exhibit or habitat and food and facilities in a small square make profit and let the game run for a long time and what the funds roll in and boom money isn’t an issue anymore
The sad thing is that they used to have a lot of interspecies enrichment options back in the beta, it just got axed for whatever reasonThe African elephant also has far too little of it—only baboons. But there are various examples where they live together with zebras or antelopes, and I don't know why that's not possible in Planet Zoo, or why they don't benefit from it. In general, I would also like to see more interactions, or even interactions at all, between species.
Some of those zoopedia pics look way better than what we have now. The buffalo and giraffe especiallyThe sad thing is that they used to have a lot of interspecies enrichment options back in the beta, it just got axed for whatever reason

Peafowl also used to have interspecies enrichment (same between Indian elephants and Indian rhinos)
