Since the station IS in a nebula, it's probably safe to assume that there are barnacles in nearby systems where meta alloys could be farmed locally....
I think my newly improved ship the Amity 2 and I will be heading out that way to see what we can do.

Did Jaques' have a black market prior to the UA sabotage/jump? Maybe shipping Meta Alloys there will give access to the black market.
If it didn't have a black market, maybe we can get Archon Delaine to sponsor Jaques - if I'm not mistaken he establishes black markets in his control systems?

I'm on my way there too: I've changed my plans on the Unknown Expedition to visit Jaques first, then move on carrying artefacts to Beagle Point. I am carrying some meta-alloys already, so I'll just sell it to him. If somebody will be taking meta-alloys to the station too, I'd like to request one so that I could resupply and take that beyond the core too.

Would help (currently about 7kly behind Traveller_GG) but no cargo space - so unless the station gets Outfitting repaired and working before I arrive I can just watch (or make the run for the Bubble and re equip and return).
(seems like it's not too far off the return Journey - Co-ords are in EDSM)

I'm starting a rescue mission to deliver meta alloys out to Jaqaues now, i've posted in the galnet submissions thread and am just collating the first dozen waypoints i have bookmarked.

About this though, there isn't a black market currently available at Jacques, so how could you even sell meta alloys to the station? I don't think we can right now. So really the only thing we can do is ship supplies out to him long distance, commodities that are in demand, and hope that it helps the station bring other systems online?
We might have to wait for some further events to take place before we can really do any good out there...
We can Mine! that's the whole point of this thread XD. We don't have to travel too far to find a pristine ring to gather some if not all of the metals they need.

There should be a commodity market for meta-alloys like any other station that's been UA bombed.

Yep, some of the demand values are low quantity for ores but that might change if we can revitalize the station.
I’m not bothering taking limpets or a collector module. The station doesn’t have any restock capability so there would be no way to buy new limpets once they were all used up. Plus I can’t find a way to fit a collector into my Asp anyway, so eh I'll just collect ores the old fashioned way!.
Ah, I didn't see meta alloys in the commodity market pics that Cly posted, are you always able to sell meta alloys even if there is no demand?

Probably. That's true for a lot of special items. Rares for example also only get listed when they are either available or you have some with you.
