Python Mk II & Updates To The Gamestore

How is that bad, exactly? Sounds like impatience to me, it's only an hour and it's only on occasion.

Yea, for a vet getting 150 millions credits is a 1-2 hours job - usually under 2 hours.
But it's still harder than getting 30 millions per week.

I would have no issues making those money to keep my carrier well funded, but i doubt my alts could each have their own carrier covered for the next 10 years, each.

Like None since Paypal didnt want to comply with UK rules and pulled back
Oof, that sucks. It was actually a good way to save some money. More often than not it was favorable to pay directly in Pound Sterling through Paypal and then having Paypal deduct that in Euro from me. Often this was cheaper than pay directly in Euro. And it was really cheap when the ARX store still accepted Russian Ruble years ago.

I use Revolut - their conversion rates, during the week but not in weekends, have like 0 margin
Not sure if Revolut is available everywhere tho

I'm a bit miffed about this.
IIRC they announced that by 2020 ED made them about 100+ millions in total revenues since launch to that date.
And certainly a good chunk of this income was used to expand their portfolio of games. Maybe it's time for those games that benefited from ED funding to payback? 🤷‍♂️
That did happen a bit, I think, in 2018-2021 for funding the development of Odyssey, which was certainly at times costing more than ED was bringing in directly: there's a very substantial divergence in the shapes of the revenue and cashflow lines for ED at that point, and quite a few months where the cashflow line is definitely negative.

It certainly is - having to do paying play every few months is fine, doing it regularly would certainly remove 3 FCs from the game for me!
Did you know your navigation panel has a filter feature?
Yes, yes it has... It also hides your own FC too, you know...

Ofc i do, but the filter is filtering my own carrier too :D
If the filter would allow me to filter out ALL other carriers but my own or the ones i have bookmarked, it would have been great.
Oh well ¯\(ツ)

If you're still stuck on Frontier balancing carrier jump times and costs towards individual players as opposed to squadrons, then you're free to buy every single service for your carrier, or just not own one.

And as long as prebuilts are not above a certain level of engineering while offering only things already available in the game they are somewhat above water imo.
I think this is a key point. It would be significant problem if a prebuilt ship is 1:1 comparable to a min/maxed build. I would suggest it would be best if they were like the modded hand weapons available that only go up to G3.
