It's funny, the rear view of the mamba engines always remind me of an electric razor.
This place was hot, as I mentioned elsewhere it was almost continuous fumeroles with piceous cobble & cyrystalline whatsits giving up a nice variety of mats, including a reasonably decent supply of the all evasive arsenic...
I also finally got to see the stargoid, will post some pics as a follow up..

Ah yep, Arsenic - a good cup of Fujin Tea is never quite the same without at least a few drops...! :]
Yesterday I went off to do something useful - materials gathering, 1500LY from Sol.
I'd run clean out of Ruthenium - and Arsenic...
...leaving Outotz LS-K d8-3 B 7 b with a somewhat oddly satisfied feeling - now for that cup of tea :]

Stargoid watching... pt1
My first encounter was in the system before the one we chose to visit and I definitely had that 'OMG' moment when I first saw it out in space when I jumped in.. However, this was what I saw when maneuvering to land on the planet to the right.
Taking in the view..
As I'm standing there, I notice something..

Stargoid watching pt2..
Ok, so whomever it was they didn't immediately dunk on me, though as they were trying to land I could see me getting side swiped pretty easily..
Ho hum, back to taking in the view..
Until.. Ennio Morricone music intensifies...
But no fear.. it's my son, CMDR ArfArfSays, and he has graciously (and briefly) departed the realm of Valheim to join me to check out the stargoid..
"What do you think, Dad?"... "I don't know son, I think we're f... rench toast.."
