Edit 2: I mentioned several times that the circle with dot in the Raxxla-logo may also be the alchemical symbol for gold
It was also the symbol for treasure used by the Conquistadors, often on maps with Constellations for direction...

Well, obviously you are asking questions to nudge people into a certain direction because the Codex answers this question, but I don't remember now exactly which corporation controls the navigation computer which tells the FSD to which star to lock on. The permit is actually a "block" which blocks you from setting a star as a target for the FSD.
So I obviously suspect that Sirius or another corporation might be blocking access to Polaris or other stars (well aside from the Meta that FDev wants to block certain systems and regions for future story lines like currently Jupiter Rochester/Jupiter Division).
There's also the possibility that our Nav computer does not show certain stars at all but which are visibly there.
My first impulse was to look at the center of the Odins-Herme-Thoth-triangle, but nothing seems to be there in a 10 Ly-radius. But I didn't do an exhaustive search, as it's difficult to get the coordinates right.

Galactic regions
Galactic Regions are astrographical subdivisions of the Milky Way galaxy that were established by Universal Cartographics in December 3304 to aid in navigation, exploration, and the organization of Codex discoveries. There are a total of 42 Galactic Regions.[1] The two most important regions...elite-dangerous.fandom.com
Speaking of the dotted lines and three arcs, what if we should rotate it 60 degrees? Maybe we should turn the lock?
Shurely it's the core of an asteroid. Just mine every one in the game until you find it. Simples.Well, that certainly puts a potential totally different slant (no pun intended) on the Raxxla logo!
It answers the dark areas, green “corridors”, and also perhaps the hexagon part of the logo, though I still think the dotted line means it’s hidden.
So perhaps we’re looking for a body comprised of Trapiche emerald (never heard of them before) and gold. That would certainly meet the “ Raxxla is Treasure” theme from the original novella! But what are the three arcs? If they mean we’re looking for a very valuable asteroid then that could make sense.
Edit: it would also make sense of that DB livestream comment “but you don’t know what it is!”

Take a step further: Emerald is a variant of Beryl (Be = Berylium + Al = Aluminium + Si = Silicon + O = Oxygen) and Gold is of course Au.
Perhaps this could be an interesting approach to your idea?
Nope, the Pilots Federation issues the permits. But the Nav Computer and the FSD do what hardware manufacturers and software developers tell them to do![]()
Step 1.Ah, thanks, I knew about the "Book Of The Dead" and about Maat, but so far I did not dive into it; there's also the solar barque with Ra traveling and Ra being reborn after every night which I found interesting because it mentions that Ra is divided into three deities at morning, midday and evening.
The "Breathing Permit Of Hor" sounds interesting because I didn't find anything interesting regarding Horus (the Horus-system looks unremarkable at first glance, but that can be deceiving). (Hor is not the god Horus, just to clarify)

Emeralds have hexagonal structure. That's a hint if there ever was one.
I think that the dotted lines and shape are a reference to Aristotle's wheel. It was a thought experiment on how an inner point on the radius can travel the same distance as the outer point on the radius. Essentially one of them is skipping like a stone on a pond. I'm not sure what this points to , but definitely seems to reinforce the idea that it could be a gate / wormhole.
Non of them are the original. If ancient mythology is a key to finding Raxxla, it means that in the ED reality some of these stories actually happened. All the myths and religions are then different versions of the same story, retold a million times by humans that did not fully comprehend what happened.Step 1.

Very informtive video. And an interesting idea. So we may think it as a dragging 33gonal shape? Needs further search and attention. The girl in the video is very cute btw.
Cookie settings Jorki, apparently if they copy & post the web address we may see them but not if they link the video, something like that.
3am moment, it made more sense at the time I promise. Playing some sort of sound possibly combined with 2 types of cargo opens the Guardian Doors. Sounds of Space dev diary indeed, a massive in-your-face clue that was and we all missed it!![]()
