Great workaround with the BM. Clever!

EDIT: But also, if this is a 'moving target', the moment you bookmark it you BM a static position in space perhaps. As with some objects that has high motion it may have moved away from the position it was bookmarked. I highly doubt it though, but in a 0.001% scenario it may give us a miss. I'd hate that to happen if it's TDW or Raxxla. :)

Good Point. there was a Barry Center i could not drop at because it was moving to fast. will try and find it again and try there.

I was thinking, we should have seen the comet-name in the low left corner, the info panel. But if you have the BM targeted, it probably wont show that. We need to have untargeted to get the object of influence.

Many thanks!
I get the part that Shinrarta Dezhra got its name manually and Stellar Forge reffers it as Wregoe FP-E c25-14...

But where you get this information and where did you find the body search string to paste on the galaxy map search bar?
1. Get the system ID from journal or EDSM. Eg Sol: 10477373803
2. Make a copy of his ED SectorNames spreadsheet. In your own copy, paste the value into the cell B6:C7: 10477373803
3. You get a list of real names and IDs (row 26 and down) - pick object-ID you want to explore, jump to the system and use the Gal-map and paste the 'starforge ID' of it to search it.
Then target it and fly to it (or BM it as he shown in the previous posts).

I have put some Python here Galaxymap Supercharged! this may help understand this better.

We do not always see the Comet Name in the low left corner. I think most of the time this is overridden by the SOI of something whit higher prio i don't know. Sometimes i get Deep Space but in log its clearly the Comet. so always check Log for SC Exit. I suspect its only shown for the ones FDEV manualy renamed.

Tried at Jackson's Lighthouse Barry Center of Jackson's Lighthouse 3 + Jackson's Lighthouse 4. I am unable to get in its SOI but the marker is moving whit it. So BMs are not pointing to a point in Space they get attached to the object itself.

I think there is also a lot where they are partially developing the groundwork for a story arc for with the intention to expand on it as events unfold that will get people deeper into the galaxy (especially with the Deep Space Support Array (https://fleetcarrier.space/search/dssa) of regional fleet carries) and fleet carriers spreading across the galaxy.

In case you were wondering, there are lots of billionaire CMDRs.

I sincerely hope you're right. But whatever the "truth" is, I think FDev need to hit the community with a few of these open ends, to galvanize the player base, especially following the Console announcement. We could all do with a morale boost. Let's finish the Formidine Rift story, for example, let us find out what wiped the colony out, let us find what they encountered... And for f&4k's sake, let us finally know what the whizzing and spinning galaxy is above the Thargoid machine :ROFLMAO:

What you have said about DSSA has made me think though. I can't remember where I read it, but somewhere, someone wrote on a forum that 10 years ago the story arc was for the Thargoids to take the bubble and push everyone into the black... which would now be possible without "ing us completely off" with Colonia as established as it is, some of the deep space stations/outposts, and the DSSA network established. As a player base we could coordinate a retaking of the bubble.

For me, fleet carriers kind of ruined the game, making it "easy" to get what you need while exploring, and starting a whole weird dynamic on mining as any decent systems is flooded by carriers etc. But what I would love to see, is an extension to the carriers, is that we can purchase our own ground buildings and establish our own bases on landable planets, after all surely that would just be "unmoveable carriers on a planet surface". That would be a way to get us to colonise the galaxy.

I also think that making the game more "multi player" would work. Some guys love "the grinds" for materials, data etc. Others love mining... why not let us trade? Let us trade Mats/Data etc with each other.... let us trade our configured ships, engineered modules, fleet carriers, (and surface bases ;)) with each other. For me that would be amazing - and better than the FPS Odyssey , but this is just my own opinion on Odyssey. I like a lot about it, but the FPS aspect and the further grinds around surface bacterial exploration is meh!

Aka.

From what I can see, it is possible to get the anagram:
GALILEOST, as in either 'ST' for station, Galileo for name.

Abbreviations for 'TX' (transmission), 'B' for beacon and similar things have been used before in previous mysteries. For example, see notes at the end of the page for Proteus

What does this mean then?
I don't know.
  • Jewel, still refers to Sol (As in the Simguru Pranav Antal speech on galnet)
  • Thetis appear stronger in the case being 'the whisperer'. If "Galileo Station" is to be believed to be a back reference to confirm the previous step?
  • ... now what?
EDIT:
3. Also noticed in Wikipedia that "55 Cancri b (abbreviated 55 Cnc b), occasionally designated 55 Cancri Ab (to distinguish it from the star 55 Cancri B), also named Galileo"
However, this is not present in EDO with those names. HIP 43587 can be found, which is Rho Cancri
Galileo station in Sol is kind of unique in that it is a palm tree station and an Ocellus (meaning it was made by Gutamaya). Research on this is still very, very preliminary but I think we aren't meant to pay just attention to the physical details but symbols and meanings, too.

Palm branch symbolism:

Who was Ocellus? Ocellus Lucanus:

Ocellus Lucanus is attributed as writing "On the Nature of the Universe" - see attached. Short version: nothing is as it seems and we need to pay careful attention to small details (possibly including symbols) to get the whole picture. The Druze were practitioners of Western Esotericism (which is a means of hiding things in plain view). I believe The Dark Wheel uses the same method of hidden knowledge. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_esotericism .

I got started looking at symbols as a result of tracing down Mic Turner's birth system to Jones Colony, Yamatri (it is Sanskrit for "a daughter's husband" and there are a total of four Jones Colony in the game - https://www.wisdomlib.org/definition/yamatri). Look up Essafa, Syria and the group associated with it - the Druze in Wikipedia. It's hard to explain and understand without reading all about the Druze. They also are why palm tree stations are important. For the record, I will explain Yamatri in awhile, but understand you need to read the Druze wikipedia entry to for it to make sense.

Don’t hold your breath for this. Whether or not that was the original intent, there have been sufficiently bad temper tantrums at much smaller scale stuff happening that plans may well have had to change. We’ll see though.

Twas me, a couple of pages ago https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/the-quest-to-find-raxxla.168253/post-9770735

It was leaked in 2016, I think on the old Alien artefact threads, archived some time ago. The attempt to implement the game for consoles has clearly been delaying the unfolding of that plan but I expect the speed will pick up soon. If it’s in the bubble we need to find Raxxla soon!

anyone know how to use the fleet carrier search in Inara, anything i use it it displays none in a 50kly radius..I mean that's impossible as mines 11k away and Inara knows this lol
