What I was wondering is if the Thargoids are travelling in Dark Matter/Energy, hence why we can’t chase them. Will we one day get the same kind of engine tech reverse engineered so we can travel by Dark Matter/Energy?!

Could Raxxla be a portal to allow us to travel via Dark Matter/Energy....

I find myself pondering all sorts of ideas on Raxxla, I’m somewhat of a lurker to this thread. But I just started thinking about Dark Matter/Energy as a possibility.....

Dark matter could be something to do with it.
Dark Matter and Dark Energy are the placeholder names given to substances or forces present in our universe which we believe to be responsible for its accelerating expansion, even though - according to the laws of physics - its expansion should be slowing down.
Raxxla could be the key to understanding Dark Matter and using it, leading to incredible technological advancements on the scale of the Guardians or even the Thargoids.

The Orthrus? It wasn't even reported in Galnet, and disappeared after a while, so it probably wasn't intended to be found.

Two things about the Orthrus that likely played into its removal. 1, a player used hacks to kill it and 2 another player respectfully and tactically killed it with the help of a friend. Orthrus was not designed to be killed best we could tell. Likely removed til further development.

It was bugged, but probably also FD marketing. They did the same thing way back when a high speed ship was buzzing around a station just before they introduced the Engineers.

I believe Han Zen was referring to the Cerberus Plague, which swept through the galaxy and killed a lot of people about 3-4 years ago. If I remember correctly Prof. Palin caught it as well.

What’s those other mushroom things floating behind it? If it’s just parked next to Palin’s I’d imagine you’re just supposed to see it zoom off and be like “tf was that?”. $10 says it’s a ship engineered by Palin for human use against goids.
