The Quest To Find Raxxla

Here if anybody wana check. 500 ly up/down toward the line from center point. Each point on this virtual line is equal remote to stars:
In file stars known to EDSM at the launch moment.

But I do like Mother of Galaxies as “gravity”. I still think the DW toast is a guide to finding their station not Raxxla. I think membership of this secret organisation is another of the FD storylines, don’t think it will lead to Raxxla.
Has anyone tried to reverse engineer the toast? Since LFT 509 ( by memory?) seems to be the best candidate for location of the station based on FC system data analysis, has anyone tried fitting that location into directions derived from the toast?
I strongly suspect the start point is Shinrarta Dezhra!!
Did anyone try out my binary BH hypothesis out near the Pleiades? I got bored with that. Now got Crom, Isinor, Luytens & Van Maanens permits and working on Pi Mensae.
Now must go have a cold shower, even at 08:00 I’m sticky, yuk. Looking forward to the end of this heatwave and being able to sleep at night again!

Id be more likely to accept the toast as directions to tdw station if it wasnt in the Raxxla section of the codex though. That's the only part that doesnt sit well with me. Otherwise, why put it in that specific section if its unrelated to that section?
[/tinfoil] ... and I saw 1 BH near that line there, I'm thinking to fly there, any way I wanted to go somewhere deep. That place is not explored at all in EDSM.

I think Raxxla could be reached through sacrificing curds in clay pots to sacred fire, or maybe horses in Indo-Aryan fashion. Then there is always the possibility of following the allegorical alchemical path laid out by Princess Peach in Super Mario Bros. 2.
Has anyone tried to get a Mingfu permit?
Got Pi Mensae, halfway through Peregrina -my last one (apart from Mingfu & those uninhabited systems). Then must buy some prismatic shields after today’s server tick & maybe start investigating why the systems were locked. For those military convoys but no permit (from release notes) the convoys seem to start in one of these attainable permit systems, so maybe we’re supposed to attack the convoys there instead of the locked destination? Just trying to suss out the intended gameplay here.
But first a cold shower, again hot & sticky (both me and weather) after a sleepless night.

Odd thing happened this morning, bug in crime & punishment?
Yesterday I travelled to Kagutsuchi & swapped out fuel scoop, fsd booster etc for extra cargo space ready to run missions for peregrina aristocrats. Did some naughty things this morning but paid off my bounties. Zero notoriety & allied with the aristos. Went back to Kagutsuchi to refit my modules before the permit mission only to find I couldnt- they were “dirty”. Had to pay through the nose to “clean” them. Is this a bug or have I misunderstood the system?

Last time I tried it wast't possible. I know some cmdrs has the permit though.Has anyone tried to get a Mingfu permit?

Bounties gained in srvs do not always show up for the ship correctly/right away after the last patch.
I did get a bounty or two while using srv to hack data terminals, but paid them off.
