Hi Eventure,
I have a problem with the Automatic Destination finder. Since 1.5.7 (now .3) it is no more working. With the previous 1.5.6 it worked perfectly. I have not changed any settings and the database is verified to all green.
Any hint for me?
I don't know if this has been reported before. So if yes, I am sorry.
The settings are correct (Control/Options/Auto Destination ON). Destination display only displays "no destination found". As mentioned above, I reverted to 1.5.6.1 and Auto Destionation works perfect. Switching back to 1.5.7.3 it doesnt work. Sorry, that's all I can tell right now. You need more information? Am glad to help.
EDIT: The button above the Destination Display also shows "AUTO DESTINATION"

Errrmmmm..... sorry for that dumb question. But how to I create such a report? I don't see any button or so in the launcher menu nor do I see any such files in the TCE folder.

Hi Eventure,
Is it possible to change "summary" "waypoints" and 'cargo" for icons and integrate them into the top menu? More easy to click on and more sexy.
Thanks if it is possible to integrate these in your roadmap.

I've not seen any other mention of this, so I'm not sure if it's just me, but it appears that TCE isn't submitting to EDDN. (The checkbox is checked, and EDMC is installed and shows as functioning properly, if I run the GUI manually).
Hi Eventure,
I've encounted a few issues between TCE MKII and EDSM.NET. I'm using TCE MKII with EDMC (EDMC shows correct ship details and locations in status), and ships are not displayed correctly in EDSM.NET. If I switch to my Cobra MKIII, EDSM shows the previous ship I was in, yet EDMC shows the correct ship and location. In the Personal panel for TCE MKII, my current ship the Cobra MK III is displayed, but the name of my Cobra MK IV is displayed. If I switch back to my Federal Assault Ship, all details and locations are correct. If I jump to another system, then the location remains correct. Does TCE MKII use EDMC to update ship locations and details on EDSM site?
For me the Market Prices Database, TCE_PRICES.DB seems to get corrupt every day. I can repair and verify and then it looks ok. But next time I start TCE and run the database check it shows up again as to need repair.
Is there a fix for that?
Hi Xantraus,
the ship name is in fact not properly extracted from the journal file, which will be fixed with the next update.
IIRC, the EDMC.exe (the commandline executable, which TCE uses) only send commodity data to EDDN. If you want to send your ship data to EDSM, please let the EDMC GUI open in the background.
If you want to see an EDSM support of the EDMC.exe file, please post a support request at the EDMC thread (https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=225287) to make this possible by the -n parameter of EDMC.exe.
Thanks for reporting,
Eventure
