Update 11 Patch Notes

@Bruce G After installing new services I am unable to disembark. Unfortunately installing the services was the first thing I did, so I haven't managed to walk on my carrier yet

edit: having jumped the carrier, I can now disembark

Sorry about the crew being reset, Commander. This was unfortunately unavoidable with the update and ought to have been mentioned ahead of time.

With only a small amount of re-rolling my crew are now nearly all identical clones.

Again, they used to look like this:

Having re-rolled everyone's avatars may have been necessary but why did we have to be limited to a fraction of the holo-me's power and a single uniform?

EDIT: After looking around, to cap this off, you can't even see most of these NPCs on the concourse, you can only actually visit the bartender and the pioneer supply NPC, so what was the point in removing the old portraits even?!

@Bruce G Two things which I think might not be correct:
First: more time before Jump, about 25 mins or so
Second: Only 100 Items per category to store in Carrier for Bartender to sell? Did you have forgotten a 0?

It's worse than that, Jim...

My role is general scum & pirate and a "thoroughly bad egg" (go away @LeoBartlet , this isn't trying!) and I dare not let anyone on my FC now! 😭

Everything is pristine, clean seats, no litter, no graffitti and the only options are pretty... I'm dying of shame here, Bruce!


Suggestion to your talented artists... Worn out FC assets, lotsa dirt, garbage and a general run-down 'feeling' please!
Did you get a chance yet to take a look at these?

- The Fleet Carrier Livery now includes a number of concourse themes.

Same here. After installing services and going back to my ship, I can no longer Disembark. Re-logged or changing ship do not help. No longer can Disembark :(

Also restarted client.
 
In the second scenario I think the worry is that the Apex ship will get stranded with someone on it, not folks aboard the actual FC lol.
Pause carrier jump until all Apex ships arrive, forbid setting a carrier scheduled to jump as an Apex point, and recover to last station if you logged out and logged back in while en route to a fleet carrier that later jumped away?
Alternatively, lie to the clients of players using Apex to get to carriers saying the carrier has not yet jumped, then when the players arrive in Apex, it appears to make an immediate carrier jump (but is actually just catching up the player in the Apex to where the carrier actually is).
 
Does the Barkeeper (FC service) has the same functionality as the original one from concourses? Like not serving drinks but exchanging material? Also, what are the weekly maintenance costs for the new carrier services?

They are supposed to have extra capability, be able to sell materials as well.
