Mingfu is one of the ones we don't know how to get to. There are no Mingfu factions in any other system, yet.
Indeed. I suspect that these systems, along with the various regions out there, will be made accessible by buying seasons as they come out.
Good point. Isinor needs Horizons. Maybe some of them need to be able to land on atmospheric planets. Doesn't explain Mingfu though.
Just some notes on Terra Mater: Brotherhood of Terra Mater control the station William Bertram Ayres in Hecate, so while it's true they don't control the system, there is still some benefits in Hecate. I found LHS 137 to be the better place to farm for missions though, not forgetting the planetary base there as well.
Just got the Isinor permit today...not sure if anyone needs additional information but Chapter of Isinor is also in Anotchadiae, Reshas, Ltt 5053, as well as Chemaluk.
Ltt 5053 has a compromised navigation beacon right now...I farmed bounties and it got me the permit to Isinor very quickly (turned out to be faster than running missions).
Turned in bounties in Anotchadiae - Malerba Orbital
Isinor 5 a, only has 1 station in the system - Charnas Terminal (amazing planet with crazy canyons of orange and white that would be incredible for filming close to surface flight runs)

Barnard's Loop sector isn't permit locked, but many around it are. I passed through Barnard's Loop Sector JH-V c2-10 about 2 hours ago.

I managed to get allied with the Sirius Corporation in the Procyon system by selling them tons of exploration data.
Even though I am allied, I have not received the Sirius system permit. The mssion board also does not show any mission that would list a permit as a reward.
Any idea how I could get that desired permit?

Have you tried visiting other systems near Sirius where they are present?
Well typically the way we've found in the past is to get allied to one of the factions that reside in the permit faction.
So in theory, if you get allied to some or all the factions that own a facility on the planet, you *should* be able to get access to it. Some day.
Has anyone tried doing this yet?
LAVE 2 being locked down was mentioned in passing on Lave Radio a few episodes back, I think it may be locked out for future story reasons.
Maxed out rep with the only faction present on Diso 5 C a few days ago but no permit yet. They are an Alliance faction and my rep with Alliance is only Cordial so I may have to work on increasing that as well? I will get around to it eventually and post back here if it opens up o7
Confirmed. Currently at 2% and falling but in an Expansion state.
Presumably that means they've popped up somewhere else as well.
