How on earth did you find it? That's a long way to be flying in random directions in the hope of finding something so small.

You have to look around the sky - out towards and past Saturn and it'll show up in your HUD sort of like an Unidentified Signal Source - but the distance is a wee bit more...

Voyager 1 is in game. I just found it. Its over 2,000,000 ls away from earth. Complete with audio in a bunch of languages. It's awesome how much they've included into the game.

Not sure if it is still there. I was zipping around, getting a look at it when what appears to be a Thargoid jumped in and started attacking. I loaded up all of my weapons ready for a fight but it did not seem to be aiming at me... when I turned I saw the true target. I chased it off but was running low on fuel and had to jump back home.

I want to destroy the Voyager probe

It seems that 3200's technology is p**sweak compared to 1970's technology. My Sidewinder's lasers can't scratch the Voyager probe and when I try to ram it, the shields fail and my ship is destroyed. Truly, the 3200's have become the disposable age.

So what I want is the ability to destroy the Voyager probe, not for everyone, but just so it no longer appears in any instance where I am present.

Why? Because.
