Gosh. Never used it? Wow. Did you use the pre-FSS method for exploring systems? After a couple of thousand hours of gameplay, I decided that it was time to map the binding(s) for the FSS and figure out how it works. I've done a lot of traveling around the galaxy, but never took the time to use anything but the system map. You do find some interesting planets once you start scanning. This one looked strangely Earthlike in VR:

I thought I saw a river or lake in the valley, but on closer inspection it was frozen![]()
That doesn't exist anymore outside of already explored systems.Did you use the pre-FSS method for exploring systems?
Now, these give me a little push towards EDO... just a little.Gotta love nitrogen atmospheres, so pretty and blue.

Same game. You can toggle H and O any time from the launcher, all data is on the serverMy EDH progress will carry to EDO i assume? I understand key binds need complete rework in EDO
I just never got around to map a binding, and later I ran out of buttons on the X52. You can do quite well without it. After honking the system with the D-scanner, I open the System Map and look for planets. Since I've done a lot of mining, that works just fine to see if any planet has rings. Selecting the planet, I normally get all the info I need, and I have used EDDB a lot, when looking for something. If I wanted to really "discover", I just flew around systems looking for interesting stuff, and I've been to some pretty crazy locations.Gosh. Never used it? Wow. A racing T9 has done it in just under 55 hours* so fully laden you will need a lot longer.Hmm. I'm in the top 25 percent on Alcor and I'm pondering hopping on an FC to Colonia with a loaded T9 to participate there. Would I end up with two 6A drives? How long does the trip even take? I've never been.
I think that changed when they added a 2nd vehicle option
No, you need to buy the buggy separately.
