What did you do in Planet Zoo today?

Hi,
Usually I don't post in the forums, but I'm so proud of my new addition to my two year old zoo. This zoo is my lifetime project. After the game fully released I started with only 1 zoo and it's this one.
I'm currently on year 662.

Very pretty! I love the wood walls and the use of the faux rock stairs.
how about you change that? These builds look freaking amazing, i would love to see more! The fences and foliage placement are so nice, and the water, chefs kiss.
I really really love this and could ramble so much about this capybara enclosure alone, its awesome!

Seeing all this makes me sad that we don’t have fish in the game.

The moment you all have been waiting for (hopefully!): Bear Lake Park presents the polar bears!
The lake has been turned into a huge habitat for a family of polar bears. There are two viewing areas on each side of the lake, plus all along the bridge. The bridge at the background can be used by the bears, from where they can plunge into the lake (if only we had this animation in the game) and also by the zoo staff. In the future there will be an elevated viewing platform on the upper part of the zoo.
There's also an underwater viewing area built into the lake:
And the other normal viewing area:

Nice. I hope they will dive way more than in my Zoos. It happens way too rarely. I think I've even tested it on my Penguin Coast once which has extremely deep Water, so it shouldn't be a Problem with the Water Depth. Regarding the Bridge: at least some Animals are able to jump into the Water. Timberwolves and Jaguars can do it and will stay for a few Seconds below the Water Surface. I think Polar Bears can do it too. Pretty sure I've made a Underwater Screenshot that way once before diving was introduced for them. Don't know though how high above the Water Surface they can jump down

Today I tried a rather simple habitat for the Nile Lechwe, it came out pretty swampy and overgrown... So perfect for them!
Also I wanted to show you guys my Lemur Dome, that houses all of the 3 ingame Lemur species

I really like it. Just noticed that the Underside of those Ferns would probably be nice to imitate Underwater PlantsMainly did some foliage in the latest version of my zoo. This is a photo I really like:

That Savannah Backdrop that can be seen on the first Picture looks really nice. Is it a custom Image or is it included in the Africa Pack? Could really need that one for the Giraffe House in one of my Zoos.
The Waterfalls on the third Picture are perfect
Reminds me that I need to save the Waterfall in the Chimpanzee House of my japanese Zoo before I rebuild everythingIs that a Tortoise on the Picture with the Crocodiles? I thought Gharials are the only Crocodiles in the Game that you can keep other Species with (Gharial+Flamingo is a nice Combination

I found it on the net - it is so beautiful just for the colour alone
And thanks for all the nice comments - it's really hard to make brutalist architecture green and pretty - thought it would be a great experiment, so needed tree trunks to soften the brutality. Trying to stay faithful to the original architecture of the Aquarium in Monterey - but now its far bigger and just spreading across the landscape - for we do not have a marine/aquarium DLC yet - still praying we get one - please Frontier - real sharks, Manta Rays, Dolphins, whales, Sting Rays etc - and exhibits with colourful fish and seaweeds and estuary plants and succulents and more mangrove - as good as the swamp cypresses (brilliant)
Build a way too large Grizzly habitat and thought to myself: "You know what, why not kill two birds with one stone?" and combined Timber Wolfs and Grizzlys.
I stil have to fix the waterfall and am overall not super sure if I'm happy with the habitat, but still...
5 habitats left on the list for Murmeldorf (Dhole, Beaver, Prarie Dogs, Cougar and Asian Black Bear). Theeen I'll turn breeding on to have some fun and do the fine tuning in the zoo.
I stil have to fix the waterfall and am overall not super sure if I'm happy with the habitat, but still...
