I started a new future abondoned project



Jokes aside, I need more than one project. Interestingly, I always get stressed out by one lately if I had to build a Siamang habitat. They never come out good, I get frustrated, I star a new zoo. Will hopefully go back to Unity eventually anyway, but we have so many beautful animals by now, that you need 2 or 3 projects anyway.

Moonstones are one of my favourite gem stones. If you believe in healing power of gemstones, they are said to have a close connection to the moon (and therefore to my goddess) and hel when you have insomia, anxiety and depression. They also are "known" for boosting your intuitiotion and creativity.

I'm having a far from ideal time at the moment (am assumingly ghosted by someone I considered a close friend and who is very dear to me), so I hope this project can ease my mind a bit and keep me distracted while going through what seems like a "breakup" with no signs of forewarning or argument.

The moonstone is actually white-ish, so the bison here is quite fitting.

Staff fascilities are fitting now as well.

I'm sorry about that. It can be tough. I've had it a few times happen to me, but it turned out it was some misunderstanding and/or they were just busy.

Who says we need a petting zoo dlc to pull off a decent looking no contact farm area. Some of the habitats around the family farm area. Goats are alpine ibex, pigs are babirusa and sheep are dall sheep

Added the striped hyena. The space is just the needed size for a couple, so they won't be allowed to have babies.

@KönigDerKaffeebohnen Thank you! That compliment felt really good. I always compare myself too much with the top builders and then feel like my buildings are terrible.

Tomorrow I'll work on the ticket booths. Still have to check how to do them, so there would be a good guest flow IRL.

@DarthQuell I'm desperately trying to kill my hope it's anything that leads to saving the friendship. I basically go through the same intense feelings than when a love relationship ends when a friendship ends. Even worse at times, and not even knowing what went wrong makes everything 10 times harder. I just want to get it over with (knowing me it will take waaaay too much time) and be back to normal

@Swjosdotschka Love what you did there for the start of Moonstone Park. I agree more than one zoo is needed, I currently am working on 11 franchise zoos lol. I am spreading all the different animals out between them all:

1) Elmvale (North Amercia/Temperate/Aquatic theme)
2) Kalahari (Africa/Desert/North African theme)
3) Kew (Asia/Temperate/East Asia theme)
4) Nehru (Asia/Tropical/Indian theme)
5) Orkney (Antartic/Tundra/Arctic theme)
6) Roo Zoo (Oceania/Grassland/Australian theme)
7) World Rescue (Europe/Temperate/European and classic theme)
8) Zanga (Africa/Tropical/Conservation theme)

Today I messed up Zoga Zoo. I tried to widen the paths near the entry and half my facilities are no longer connected and I can't figure out why cos they all look connected to me lol. I may just start the whole thing again in a new zoo and transfer those animals over, but it's a tough decision as I love that zoo and no doubt will be unable to create it again to my liking. Or maybe it will turn out better... I can hope.

Orkney? Arctic Sorry I find that a bit too funny since last summer I visited the Orkney Islands and there's more farmland animals and ducks than cold weather animals.

@Captain Callum haha, I've never been there but I liked the name and I saw it was north of Scotland and thought it must be really freezing cos Scotland is so much colder than down here in Worcestershire and I really feel the cold I originally called it Arctic Zoo but... well, you know.

Woooooow, that is passion, @SnaileyX ! I would get overwhelmed by that many projects, especially in franchise, but you seem to sort them perfectly. Honestly, would love to see more of your stuff. From what I've seen so far, you definately don't have to be shy with your creations.

Oh it is freezing , made the mistake of visiting there first time in December of all months, really bad idea . If you don't mind ice cold wind 24/7 it's a lovely place to visit

Love it and kuddos for building the climbing frame so much in scale! That feels like the hardest part to me. Love the habitat as a whole!

The family farm area is now complete, rather simple compared to my usual builds. More effort was required to create the entrance sign rather than the habitats

Llama outdoor yard, the back will look better when i get the trees added in the next section

I was doing a little in Zoobie Zoo tonight on one of the staffing areas. It's not finished, but here it is so far:

Seems like I can't sleep for a long while tonight still, so here's me spending my time in Planet Zoo and Moonstone Park Zoo. First habitat is those of Asian small Clawed Otters.
