What did you do in Planet Zoo today?

Done the Raccoons enclosure and I have to say this is one of my personal favourites.

Nearing the end of the America's Section (also just to clarify, the Americas pavillion is an actual giant building, the Americas is just this section of the park for NA and SA wildlife). So far in Americas I have Red Fox, Moose, Beavers, Raccoons, Armadillos, Striped Skunks, Capuchins (Pavillion), and Sloths (Pavillion).

The ones left are Capybaras (Pavillion), Black Tailed Prairie Dogs and I have a spot for the Spectaled Bear because I am convinced we are getting it later this year. Heres the start of the Prairie Dogs:

This should only take me like a day to finish since its really small compared to the others.

That's insane! I love it

Instead of continuing to develop my plans for my next zoo, today I decided to procrastinate by playing around with the Cinematic Route Editor that came with the last update. It took me some time to get used to it, hence why the videos below probably aren't the smoothest they could be, but I actually found it a lot of fun to work with and ended up making two short tours.

The first tour I made was also for the first (small) zoo I ever completed, Never Never Zoo, which was made after I first got back into the game after the Australia Pack was announced (bought PZ on release but only played for a week or so before I dropped it due to the learning curve). Each Australian species added to the game since have also made their way into the zoo, with their enclosures built in the same style. Although my building skills have improved greatly since I built this zoo, it still holds a special place in my heart.

Speaking of skill level, the next tour I made was the Southeast Asia section of Stringybark Zoo, which I consider to be the best area I've built in the game thus far. Really cool to see how far my building style has come!

Prairie Dogs Enclosure is done, I dont have pictures but I'll upload the video on it tomorrow. So until we get the Spectacled Bear, all of the solo enclosures in the Americas section are done. Now all thats left is the America's Pavillion which I've finally decided to pick up and work on more before I move on to finish Asia.

The exterior is done. I'm really pleased with how this turned out, its a bit more modern than the rest of the park but I'm ok with it. Those 2 cages attached to the side are for the Sloth which is already in, and the Capuchin Monkeys (but if we get tamarins I'll swap them in). Theres a large space beside the building that will be the outdoor enclosure for the Capybaras and maybe the Tapirs, depending on how much space they need.

That's very cool, Fini. I'm currently putting together a desktop and just got an AMD 8gb card, so hopefully, if I can figure out how to get it to work, I'll enjoy an even better PZ experience than what my current 2gb graphics allow.

Soon, I'll see what y'all see
