Sure, and I’m not certain that it is an exploit. Is it still possible to use that exploit?

Nah. Scoop at speed.
Second attempt? I'm afraid your ship was trying to commit suicide. Was it an ASP Scout by any chance? The docking computer still isn't reliable. Last night, I dropped out at a rescue ship and asked for docking permission. The landing pad was somewhere on the other side, so I thought I'd let the DC find it. It boosted me straight into the end of the rescue ship, knocking me down to 30% hull, then looked like it was lining up for a second attempt, so I had to take back control.

Notching is still a thing in the future?Asking for trouble, like expecting to get a clean localizer intercept at a 90 degree angle, just not happening.

Does it involve radar?Notching? Sounded like something ppl get up to in the park at night, I have learnt something new today, thank you. Now go look up localiser intercepts ;-)
Does it involve radar?
Notching is when flying perpendicular to doppler radar. Since the radar relies on velocity rate changes to detect stuff you can mask yourself from the radar. Something like that. Same with flying into same direction at same speed. You lock onto a calibrated radio signal.
I really dont think that it is. I actually mostly have them on my big ships which are very explosion-proofIt is a shouting sign stating that the user is an easy-to-kill target. And the purpose of gonks is explosions.

Only after a controller change, or major update. Would be nice if they had a preflight just for roll/pitch/yawCurious of those who love the immersive quality of landing and taking off their own ship how many also do the pre-flight check?
Cause so many brave Cmdrs complained about brown panties ...In all seriousness, why does the Supercruise Assist zero-throttle when entering a system?
