Winter 2023 DLC Speculation

I

I see. Have you thought of the possibility of WTE birds? or more habitat birds?

Why is this bird busting out a 90's dance move?

Whilst respecting free speech and civil discourse - as well as an understanding this is ultimately a cartoon zoo game and differing opinions of such a subject warrant a levelheaded reaction - I still must make it abundantly clear: if I hear any anti-duck rhetoric on this or any other thread, I will burn this forum to the ground.
You all have been warned and may God have mercy on your souls.

Why is this bird busting out a 90's dance move?
Because it's a Dancing Queen (oh wait, that's 70s)

Tanuki/Racoon Dog is an inclusion that can only backfire.

If they go with Tanuki a good chunk of people will complain they didn't go with the more common in captivity Racoon Dog
If they go with Racoon Dog a good chunk of people will complain they didn't go with the funky-named Tanuki
If they slam them both into one generic version a good chunk of people will complain about the lack of accuracy.

Some will also complain about another animal that is either invasive in their area or they see as roadkill.
No matter what a lot will complain over another canine.

Question for everyone: Do you prefer Raccoon Dog or Bush Dog?
I'd be happy to get either! (I don't have hope for another canid...)
However, If I have to choose, I am wholeheartedly on Team Tanuki!
Why? Its fluffy and adorable. We could use more Japanese Species. It looks unlike other dogs (aside from maybe my top wishlist animal, bat-eared fox) in its markings. It has a bit of culture (meme type) in being represented in Animal crossing.
Team Tanuki all the way. Cute and common in the zoos I am.

Bush dog, there is something about tanukis that make them extremely boring to me. Idk what it is. They look more like a pet dog breed than a wild animal to me.

Bush dogs are super wierd and kind of niche and tbh i don't need them for the game nor do i care if they get added or not but if i have to pick between the two i think they are far more interesting.
