These are some major setbacks and let downs from the past that could actually be finally finished/fixed. The list is done from my head so please let me know what you think.

- possibility of mixing wings with multicrew
- possibility of using SRVs in multicrew and also for owner of a ship to use his fighter in multicrew
- more wing missions
- bigger wings (as the net code got a lot better recently)
- addition of multicrew missions
- making exploration (and possibly some other activities) more meaningful in multicrew
- come back of regular Community Goals/Interstellar Initiatives/some new types of community effort
- new engineering recipes for all forgotten modules
- new enigneers?
- new ships and maps for CQC (maybe some exclusive small ships?)
- 3D avatars for NPCs (as was expected when avatars arrived with 2.3 Commanders update)
- some meaningful NPC chatter in local chat, possibility of getting a text reply from NPC?
- getting back to the idea that ship/SRV racing are legitimate career, some ingame actual racing tracks or possibility to create some temporary tracks
- some Power Play redesign (am not actually participating but would still want to some day if it turns out to be more meaningful/interesting) - wasn't there going to be more power characters too?
- new SRV types, specialised ones? mining, SRV transport missions, drivable skimmers?
- finally possibility of meeting Guardian or their AI
- Thargoid war coming back
- return of daily Galnet articles, maybe new voices for Galnet Audio (buy ARX), maybe its time for Galnet Video?
- getting back to idea of Codex being updated with lots of new content and lore
- new stellar phenomena
- new generation ships, maybe some lost colonies and ruins from past exploration missions?
- something new to find in deep space
- new additions to passanger missions - there was going to be prisoner transport at some point etc.
- dredgers?
- redesign of capital ships fight - it was going to be amazing but is a little bit static and repetitive
- new training scenarios and challanges - its great opportunity to actually put something like single player campaign there
- new ships, Frontier First Encounters from 25 years ago has still higher counter of playable vessels
- new mission types? multiple endings?
- finally sorting out multiple light sources for better graphics
- new space station types and interiors
- we have large ships, we have megaships, what about regular huge ships? the gap is there for too long
- new ship launched fighters, specialised ones?
- atmospheric launched planes with some unique properties
- comets were going to be in the game at some point
- what about Ceres, Phobos, Deimos?
- finally land on the Moon and Triton?
- all other restricted bodies and regions - time to finally do something with them
- RGB for cockpits
- Imperial and Federation ranks to give more benefits, time for Alliance to somehow join in?
- orrery update (textures? time speed slider for simulating movement of bodies?)
- bookmarks on planetary surfaces
