Well that DLC wasn't what everyone was expecting so the theory about the two DLCs for flying and prey falls apart.

I would imagine its two completely separate teams working on the console and PC versions of the game from a development standpoint. Two completely different skill sets at hand... So I'm sure they're working on both at the same time.

From a social media standpoint, though, this timing honestly kinda works. Because even if it gets updated this week its probably pretty likely to be at least another ~3 weeks before we get a tease usually. Which would be right after console drops.

The short lead-up time to the JWE packs always throw me off. There's two days between announce and release. But I guess there's not much to tease and/or highlight... Hopefully, for the JWE2 folks, this isn't the final pack because if it is... Oooooof.

The dinosaurs look gorgeous, don't get me wrong there, but oh man would I be hoping for more out of a final pack.

EDIT: Also wouldn't worry about the next Planet Zoo DLC being wacky. The two are always unrelated... And frankly, Planet Zoo gets the longer end of the stick as far as PDLC is concerned. Haha.

The latest financial report didn't mention any DLC for JWE2 in FY25 did it? Because this definitely does not look like a final dlc for the game. Maybe making more than 1 dlc for Planet Zoo a bit more likely.......maybe

Well i think the hybrids dont really stand out in JWE as much as they would do in PZ. They already added some really weird made up stuff to some animals before, and all the dinosaurs are already hybrids

Am I the only one that would actually like that? I get that its anti conservation but it would add variety Like I imagine a Fennec Fox with cross fox coloring Sorry I think it'd be a fun addition for at least sandbox zoos!

Yeah now that you mention it.... The hybrids are downright recycled content.... cept for the spinoceratops which is a sinoceratops but somehow more stupid looking.
