They probably played it on a decent setup as well if it was played on PC. I am sure they used top line GPU's. I also heard it might have been in 2K or 4K. So I suspect a lot of PC players will have a shock when they get it and see what settings they have to use to get it to play smoothly.
As far as consoles go I don't know what effects playing the game on an Xbox One X or PS4 will have on graphics since I don't think those consoles change the games settings, cause console games usually have preset graphics. You will get to play the game at a high resolution and that's it as far as I know. I suspect the draw distance will be lower on consoles, lighting and shadow effects will be lowered some, antialiasing will obviously be turned down or off completely (maybe) and textures might be lowered a bit as well. Basically things that would tax low to mid range PC hardware depending on what the requirements are.

I honestly don't think we will see a huge difference in graphics because they are releasing it for all 3 big platforms. I bet the main difference you will notice is between a ps4 and ps4 pro and xbox one and one x.
There will be almost no difference since it is not a game that was made for pc and ported over, it is made for all 3 and will be identical.
This is what I am asking, Controls. Is it stright up port form PC to Console, If so the controls might be difficult because a controller is not a mouse and keyboard. Console footage would be nice.
most of the vidoes they were talking about were actually compalining that it was hard to use with a keyboard and mouse, some used the xbox remote and found it easier. The devs also said that you can use a keyboard/mouse for the consols as well.
That was only for the ACU Chopper and the jeep and shooting.
Yep, so on PC, the helicopter was automated.
Control wise im not worried purely because in the videos dropped so far you see them pick up a controller and play effortlessly on the pc with it - granted this was showcasing the vehicles and they stated that a controller was better for that but that seemless transition means the controls will be very similar across the platforms.

They did also confirm that it was supported for the game play besides that as well. There was a reddit form about it a couple of months back.
I think it will be very good for an xbox one console.
if you are on consoles, especially the one or ps4 standard version, did not compare with a PC.. do not hurt yourself for no reason.
a pc gamer top of the line is as powerful or even more with dual graphics card that the console xbox one S or ps4 pro, it's impossible to compare.
I'm not sure that this game is really in need of an extraordinary configuration to enjoy it. it's a theme park or management game, we can certainly enjoy a lot on a small configuration or an aging console.
I am convinced that the graphic quality of this game is at the level of the console on which you will play, and that the pleasure of playing will not be reduced .. especially if you are used to the console for a long time.

Maybe cancel then, and wait for the release to see footage. Doesn't seem you'll be missing out on much, just some jeep skins.
This IGN first 20 minutes video from May 7th was done on a console version of the game.
Also they have said somewhere in a post (I think on reddit) that all three versions of the game will be similar.
