Yes, which is frustrating. HR 4413 has a regular permit that usually is obtainable from one of the factions in the system. With 0 pop. that does not happen. Most likely this is just a small error in the Stellar forge.
On the other hand, the system is also called 'GL 3663'. This fits with the character combination needed to write Raxxla.

Can you clear something up for us. Is it still speculated that you need to be Elite in the 3 disciplines as part of MB's quote "it's a journey every cmdr must take". And have we found out if djtruthsayer's speculated location of Raxxla came to anything? Cheers chaps.

It's arbitrary. No deciphering at all.
We only know that we know nothing. Elite rank was a point when the E/F missions were running.
As you say, only speculations. MB is no longer here and the E/F missions stopped. I am not sure there is still a journey to take.
Every time I troll DJ on his Twitch about his famous expedition, he proves very evasive. I don't think he is still in the party. But it's just my humble opinion.

DJ, like some others, makes a living (or some of it) by having people speaking of him. I am waiting for somebody to say he has found the Guardians homeworld and is going to marry the Tharg Queen.
CoR zealots had been receiving so much salt that I would'n argue about their current motivations for secretism.
But again, I really don't know. My hunch is all this Quest is on standby and the only " tiny part a little bit obvious" was the E/F missions and TDW faction as long as they lasted.

Of course there is an opposite interpretation- that the DW missions might have been set dressing and nothing to do with the real location of Raxxla, and were pulled because FD realised the amount of salt that would be generated if that came to light. So the only clue we have is MB’s “you have to make it a little bit obvious”. That cannot have changed, so what is obvious, cos we’re missing it.
I don't think there is anything obvious about Raxxla's location.
The only thing that is a little bit obvious, is that Raxxla is in the game. The obvious parts are the not so sutle references in the mission texts.
I anyone has located Raxxla and kept quiet about it, it's probably because it was found illegitimately. There was quite a bit of file snooping going on in the early days. Someone might have given DJ a tip, that lead him to inform FD.

The Dark Wheel is a faction in Elite: Dangerous, where it is confirmed by DB there is a planet called Raxxla.
The E/F missions, related to The Dark Wheel faction, are the only known reference to a certain celestial body, The Myth.
The E/F missions stopped or are on standby.
For me: period.

Both are quite vage. They might be interpreted to indicate a link between the Club and Raxxla. That the Club and the 'powerful twisted men' of Raxxla are infact the same?

Wow, what I wouldn't give to have a rummage through that "Research" directory!
I think the concern for those on Raxxla is not lone wolves and minor organisations, it is other people and groups with significant influence.
A situation with an alien species provides a rather good distraction for those people/groups does it not?
So do you think no personal narrative is able to locate Raxxla, or could this be a separate story? Guardian home world and the introduction of a new alien species?
