Frontier developer is so fast, next DLC is ready? and with Honey Badger? They add all my favourite animals in last packs.
I say 2 weeks from now.
Imagine if it ends up being an anniversary animal like the peccary.

We are expecting the trailer any day now. Might be next week, noone ever really knows but Tuesdays are a common day for trailers and releases.
That would fix it for me but then the ABB crowd would be dissapointed. If I'm being fair they also got ignored hard with the Américas pack but at the time i thought exactly that: that the ABB was clearly being saved for anniversary. And I still think that's the case. I doubt they'll give us the coati for free.

After the leopard I am not expecting anything remotely unique again
Best cases in my eyes at this point would be something "cloney" like American black bear (which to be fair is probably my #1 need at this point) or Nile crocodile or something. Or worst case, something no one is asking for like Chilean flamingo
I don't think the American black bear is being considered at all. We've got enough bears.
I’m also in this camp, but at the same time it’s just easy and popular enough to be free DLC.
There comes a point where some "crowds" are just too small or unimportant to warrant catering. Has anyone considered how the Shetland pony crowd feels after 6 years of no love?

Well some of the issue is some “crowds” more just want an approximation of their chosen animal. I’ll use myself for an example. I want a White Faced Whistling Duck. But if I got a black belly whistling duck, fulvous whistling duck, Muscovy duck, any teal, etc. I would honestly be happy.
For a lot of the gibbon crowd I imagine the need for the gibbon went down with the Lar Gibbon, even if I wasn’t their chosen champion.
