I cried myself to sleep last night... 'where are my books?' I sobbed into my pillow. 'my... *sniff* books....'

j/k these sorts of things happen and a big project like getting 5 books... and yeah I've played with file formatting of ebooks myself a few times (I used calibre for that). It. Never. Works. Exactly. Ever.

Guesstimate is about a day and a half behind. Dan is hoping to start punching out some of the books today. When we know more we'll update on all channels and all frequencies!

I just got an email to download your book. I had completely forgotten what I had backed during the various Kickstarters. Thank you Drew.

I won't tell anyone you didn't pay for breakfast.
(Ooops ... I may have just told them :D)

EDIT: Now I need a new Kindle to read it on, and then I could also finish the Sword Of Wisimir by Allen Stroud (if you like Sword & Sorcery, get it)

This arrived just I time for me as I finished Elite:Wanted -- which I enjoyed the story of, but wish the writers had known all about super cruise before they wrote it. Haven't got far enough into Reclamation yet to know if Drew has been able to play the Alpha and put some of its feel into his book. But so far so good -- I am liking the style.

He has ... at one point a character's ship is under attack and it takes a while for them to realise. So clearly they're using the Alpha version of the interface :D

I missed the boat to back Drew and the others directly, so I backed Dan's kickstarter.

Is there any view on when those of us backing there should start getting our books? There's no rush, I've not managed to finish the Gollancz ones yet.

I've got 4 of the Fantastic books, and the 5th (the anthology) has hit technical problems and will be a few days. All in ebook form, of course: No date given for the physical books yet, though they intend to sign them at Fantasticon in mid July, so no more than 6 weeks or so.

Hi Drew, congrats on getting the book published! I'm a FBP backer at the hardback boxset level, but didn't back your KS earlier... do I get an ebook too?
